This time taking hints form Nitu's thread , i thought Of making my own thread about the black and white hindi movies and that era ..

My ultimate is "Woh Kaun Thi" There is a list ..I will post later ...Why don't u all post it here

i have just watched khamoshi ..and i am totally spellbound...i don't know how i can get this movie out of my head...its a hard hitting film carrying melodious music...this is the first time i watched properly a black and white film...and i feel shameful that these movies are not made today...

There are some real gem in Indian cinema which are black and white ...Some of the best movies of Ray and Ghatak are also in BW
