Chammakchallo30 I too am 4 Rhett Butler! He is one of my favourite literary heroes!π It is Uday's unconditional love 4 Manyata, his witticisms and sharp political mind that make him really similar to Rhett. I hated Scarlett and now hate Manyata 4 taking such a long time 2 realize their love.π‘ Anyway, u should try reading Scarlett by Alexandra Ripley. It is a sequel to Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell. I am sure you"ll love it!π

Loved your post ,u just brought my literary and romantic side out
It should be a multiple choice I love them all, though Darcy is the best.
But then Uday resembles Rhett Butler of Gone with Wind .
Now u have send me in the romantic dreamland π

A very good post! My answer to this is obvious - it has to be Rhett Butler of gone with the wind, no doubt about that. Everything about Uday screams Rhett, right from the first scene we saw of UV and M and UV and unnati. I always feel that the bad in uday highlights the good in manyata and compliments it perfectly just like Rhett did with scarlet. U cannot lable them as just grey shaded characters, they are heroes who deal with the real world in a pragmatic, tit-for-tat way and that closely resembles the uday character that has been portrayed by the CV's. He dares to look beyond what the world sees, because of his sharp wit and keen acumen but is he really bad? NO. Atleast not to the people who donot cross him. There is a hint of a threat there, of power and wisdom beyond the routine normal foray and that just draws you in. Just like Rhett does, who was arguably the most plus-minus hero of the literary world.

Thank you so much!π I have read your FF "Married for Riyasat" and I found your description of Manyata's inner conflict ASTOUNDING!π Eagerly waiting 4 the next part!! Update soon!πComing back to your suggestion, I agree it, could have been a multiple choice poll. This is because Udayveer shares similar traits with all the characters. Yet, I wanted to know the one hero people felt Uday resembled the MOST.P.S With Uday on my mind, I am ALWAYS in the romantic dreamland!π³
