Kajur ke ped pe chhada, muh ke bal neeche gira! Ouch! That hurt! Well back to Earth and I am God here Amma, not going to spare you today! Ek hafthe ka kasar poori jo karni hai. Mere Munne ka har ek aasoon ka hisab jo lena hai!

Tell me something Bani; what exactly are you accusing your husband of? What and which mistake of his is eating you from within so much that you are actually drawing blood? As far as I know and if your actions are anything to go by, one thing is stark clear. You don't hate him for how he treated you and your sisters like scum when you were thrown at his mercy in the early days of your acquaintance. You also don't seem to grudge him for the many tortures he inflicted on you when your sister ran away and almost made him the laughing stock of his own city; the city he practically rules. Then? What then is your complaint against him? That your brain dead mother chose to stand under that cursed lamp post on that cursed day and came under his automobile? Or that your weak Papa took refuge in alcohol and forced you to grow up before your time? Or that your husband hid the secret from you? Or that you fell in love with him; irrevocably? Or that you cannot hate him, in spite of yourself? Or that his child inside you is a constant reminder of the love you share with him? Speak up Bani Walia and what perverted nonsense is that you say that why he didn't spill the beans before?
Does that mean that if he had told her earlier she would have forgiven him? And is it his fault that he reminds her of how her Mummy's life was immaturely put off?
So what exactly is Munna paying for? If you say that he is paying for accidentally murdering Mamma Dixit, I so disagree. He has more than paid for it these seven years. If you say he is paying for ill-treating the Dixit sisters, then again I disagree. He has more than made up for that. If you say he is paying for torturing Bani, then again I disagree. Theirs was a strange relationship. Their marriage was not based on the usual grounds. It was a bond of disillusionment, pain and that was precisely what connected them. And Bani accepted his hatred as a kind of penance for her sister's grave wrong. She made him pay for his unkindness by winning him over by her patience and understanding. You know the best way to punish somebody is forgive their faults and be good to them. Any honorable person will feel like a worm and regret their wrongs and try and make it up to you. Bani did just that. I think the score is balanced. And anyway that was bygones. Jai and Bani have come a long way from that. Bani will agree with me I think. Till date she has never mentioned that she hates him because of the way he had treated her then. She made a fleeting reference to his hatred that she had to endure and that was before she fainted I think in the Sandy Bhalu haunted mill house. So what exactly is she punishing Munna for?
The last scene of the last episode may have a clue to offer us in this regard. She muses sadly that Mr.Walia does this everytime. Everytime he hurts her and crushes her trust in him. Hmmm. After the dumbsherads are over, Rano tells her Di that make it up with Mr.Walai and Bani goes out to meet her husband. Just the two of them. They look at each other fondly, oblivious to everyone and everything else. So funny the world too is oblivious to them. No curiosity here!So many unspoken feelings and thoughts. Looked like their overbrimming emotions were going to get them together at last. Maybe even a hug but alas! Enter Swamiji; devil incarnate! In fact he is just like Satan. Slimy and sly devilishly handsome and shockingly unscrupulous!
Though Amma looked like she was gazing at some painting she didn't understand and didn't acre. Prachi what's wrong with you?You need to buck up. We are already hating Bani for making me Munna cry like a baby. On top of that, If your acting is taken a backseat, God be with Amma! I think the subtle mole on the right corner under his lower lip makes him even more attractive and lends his evilness a particular charm. And his smile - Gosh so inhuman so ghoulish, in anticipation of the hell he is going to unleash on the Dixit sisters. Sid, you rock baby.Gosh he looks even hotter in specs! But you cannot buy me with your good looks Honey. I am still going to hate you for making Amma more unreasonable.
Gosh! This scene totally rocked. I think one of the reasons KS makes a huge impact and touches nerve chords is due to its specialization in contrasts. Wanna highlight Bani's utter desolation when she discovers she is expecting? Get Jiggu to break her the news. Want to earn some more pathos when Munna supposedly attained heaven? Get Mausiji and Jiggu in the same frame. And now Munna and Sadhu Baba juxtaposed side by side; evil vs good. Can this technique ever fail? Especially when you have two yummy men-double treat! Giving one of their best performances? Aww I am sold on the contrast. Just cannot get enough of it. One is trying to stitch back the pieces of his shattered life and trying to come to terms with the hate his most beloved person on the whole face of this earth has for him. The other filled to the core with malice is gloating at his good luck.Finally he will hit back at those who shamed his mother and battered her ego. Ironically both of them are not what they actually are. Both are products of their circumstances. I believe Swami would have been different had not Jiggu influenced him so much. Hell the woman has actually made him her slave. Look at her smile when he enters the party. She has made him her shield. So sad I feel for him. She has utterly hopelessly brainwashed him in her favor. So sad he can never realize and count his good blessings.Only hope is Raashi. Well so here helpless good is pitted against hefty evil. Watch Ramu's expressions when Swami slowly and with cruel relish unfolds his devilling plot and traps his Mamaji and Bani in his devilish snare. Muuna is politely curious and I guess he has a slight inkling that something is wrong. And then the final blow, right below his belt! Ah what expressions from both the men! Excellent! Especially Ramu! Munna immediately turns his attention towards his wife and he dies again when he looks at her 'Again Mr.Walia?' expression.
What made the scene even more hapless was the expressions of the supporting cast.Jiggu for one.Allah is she floroscent?The way her teeth flashed!This wild cat has to put a hand over her mouth to keep herself from bursting in to laughter.So proud of her son and so thrilled her enemy has no chance now!Darling what goes around comes around.I don't get this woman.Why doesn't she want to open her eyes to the fact that her malice towards Bani almost always finds its victim in her Jai bhaiyya?One hand she prays for his well being another she will go to any extent for his money.What kind of behna is this? The other two Dixit sisters.Poor things. Nice that their chamches oops husbands are there by their side. And of course Mausiji. If there's someone more affected than Munna it is her. Amma of course eyes full of tears glares at my poor Munna and walks away from the party. Should I blame her? Should I be angry with her? I am though I should not. Swami played his cards too well. He worked on her vulnerable psychological and emotional state and hugely succeeded. Is he human at all? The way he kept reiterating that Mamaji had sanctioned his project, he was actually brainwashing Amma and the airhead that she is, fell for it hard and clean. Munna is devastated. He can only stare after her helplessly.
"Ranvir.Come.Baat karni hai."You may be forgiven if you mistook this to be a friendly invitation! Aww Ramu just rocks haan! Innocent words ready to burst and burn Swamiji! Wah Rams you go! But Munna you moron! I wish you were as theatrical a Jiggu Kitty. I wish you didn't take after Sahil and behaved like your mouth was filled with snail refuse. Angelo, kya karunme tera? When you have to shut up and kiss you talk? And when you have to talk you slip in to a trance? Mental? You crackpotty where you asking your bhathija on a secret date that you had to take him in to a corner to bang him? My silly fatso wish you had shouted at him in front of everybody and thrown the money on those jokers and refused any part in his dirty scheme. But I shouldn't be too harsh on me Munna.He is too gullible. That's his major flaw.He can hardly believe his own nephew can have done this to him. Sad sad sad. And even when Swami keeps insisting the papers had his signatures Munna doesn't say clearly that he was in a hurry and he knew nothing about this. Gosh this duffer couple. Eesh ne sochke hi in donon ko ek kiya hai.They suit each other to the T.Both cannot make out that Swami is such a creep.It takes Munna ages to realize that Bani is behind him. And it will take a few more centuries for amma to realize that Baba was manipulating her. Why doesn't it strike her that Munna is innocent?That sb like Swami cannot be trusted?That Swami was continually saying Munna signed them especially when he saw her there? I must excuse Bani though I cannot.The poor thing probably was ready to at least talk to her husband when this disgusting filthy Swami dropped the bomb. Bani is irreparably hurt.
She is in no humor to question the validity of the accusation.It is enough that the person who killed her mother and destroyed her life has yet again destroyed her by destroying the memories that were her strength. He tells her he will restore her house back but she asks him to return the memories Papa Dixit's blah blah blah Gosh Bani!You blame me Munna for anything else except blame him for your spineless Papa's condition,I am not going to leave you in peace!I'm convinced he was a crook. Bani tells him accident happens only once. Ouch that was so cruel. Bani but let me tell you there was only one accident;your marriage to me Munna.The other was Murder and my Munna's hands are clean. I hope you realize this soon enough that your husband was shot at. If you will think for a minute about this you will be doing both of you a great favor! She cries that he reminds her of her mother and everytime she sees him she cannot forget how he had destroyed them. Now I get it. This is the entire clue to Amma's behavior. She doesn't hate him.From from it.Pay attention to what she saya'Aapne pehle kyon nahin bataya?Jab hum pehli baar aapke ghar aaye the?Jab apne mujhse shadi ki?Jab.. ..she pauses.She meant when they were involved in the most intimate position a man and woman can ever be. And you know by uttering these words Amma made me very happy. By uttering these words Amma has again brought both of them on an equal plane.Munna regrets their night together because he thinks his wife was not in her poori hosh. Now Bani thinks she regrets their night together because she was not aware of how both of them were related to one another even before their marriage. So she is feeling guilty like hell not because she made love to her husband but because she came close to her mom's murderer and this to her is an insult to her mother's memory and the most shameful mistake a daughter can ever commit. Imagine the poor doll's condition.She has got to hate her mom's murderer but she loves him.She has got to swear revenge against him but she is carrying his baby. So like Munna tortured her because she reminded him of the hurst her sister had caused him,she will now hate him,pour out her guilt upon him because he reminds her of the injustice she has done to her mother. She needs a reason to hate him.Amd Swamiji has given her that. Before this Munna's playacting was another reason for her to hate him. But as she admitted the other day that the irony of her life is that the man she hates the most is also the man she loves the most.Aww this was a mind-blowing scene.Lovey bg and Prachi was very good here. Well!She has got to realize that she has confused herself about the word 'hate'. She hates the sin and not the man. If she hated him she would have spread his story all over the world for starters. She wouldn't still be wearing sindoor of his name and mangalsutra.She wouldn't worry about his diet or rush to the hospital like a madwoman when she hears about his death.She wouldn't cherish his memory nor would their baby still be alive.Nah dearie just a matter of time and you will get over it and realize that you are a blessed woman.Pyar naseebwalon ko hi hasil hoti hai.Chahe jo tumhain poore dilse.. ..us haath ko tum tham lo .. ..kal ho na ho!
The scene was very beautifully done.Touched all right chords and damn them pulled at your heart strings especially when that one tears drops from Munna's eyes.Ouch! I love the way Munan cries.I love the way his tears drop out like they cannot remain in their abode any longer. They coupled with the sorrow and devastation in his face and body language just wrench your heart and make it cry.Ouch Ramu.You rock. Here Munna reminded me of the tree that was proud of its myriad branches and proudly distributed its shade and fruits and flowers to its patrons.It looked down upon the world haughtily till one day a team came and chopped off its branches and left it desolate shocked and sadly churning over the memories of a past proud existence. Death in life this is called.
Next time hit me if I say one single word against the Dixit sisters.If they have Mama Dixit for a mother, can they be blamed?Gosh this woman! Her little daughters come home, tired from school and she talks about rajkumars.Her little daughter is scared of the dark and she gives bhashans and what more makes her her messenger"Bani ye baat Pia aur Rano ko bhi bata dena"! And lady are you doing mudras?Why so much hilaying of your eyes and facial muscles?I won't exactly blame Papa Dixit if he has bumped her off. Irritating woman!And god knows how she can manage to coonect the weirdest of subjects together!Mama Dixit gave a Huge Clue here. She tells Bani in midst of her lecture"Ho saktha hai us waqt main na rahoon.."What does this mean?That Mama Dixit suspected that she had a short life span?Either psychic or she suspected an attack on her life! Or plain psycho who loves morbid things! Well if they are taking it this way that Mama Dixit already knew that something sinister was going on and she was not going to survive long then wow that's interesting.I hope they take it that way.O well the scene was okay though I found the way little Bani hugs her mom funny. She outspreads her hands like Kiran is 500 stones!It was touching to seethe sisters together. But Prachi was shockingly expressionless.Darling in real life it is possible that an incident can make you absolutely stony.But heck this is a show and we need you to show us your grief your feelings.Come on show us.Your stony face is doing no good especially when Ramu is breaking his own record every day.
I can see and feel only Munna's pain? I want only his happiness?Not really.I am angry at Bani because she is hurting herself more than anybody else and she doesn't deserve this. I want both of them together and complete their family.Because they so deserve this.She wants to become an independent woman. Wah! She looked like an angel in this scene.I believe nothing can beat simplicity.I wish Munna had seen her.Just a simple suit and simple studs.Angelic!I like her this way than in her colored pebbles collection and thick colored amma saris.Gosh this interview had me in stitches! I wonder if this or the dumbsherads scene must win the best comedy scene award! Lord! I was rolling on the ground. The guy called Mathur for some reason looked like a pig in a suit.And the other one-Jesus Christ!Keep your hand down silly-any idiot can know your rings are fake and your cat eyes eeps!Tell me angel why did they paint your lips a cheap candy pink color?And the supposedly conspiratorial glances they were exchanging!Hai eesh!What namoone! Unfortunately for them they didn't know it was amma!Saanp ke gharme haath dal dhi na! And Amma ko tho bas thodi si opportunity chahiye to prove she is Mama Dixit's daughter!Shuru ho gayi tho remember the Maruti ad?-Mileeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaagggggeeeeeeee…chaltha hi jaye! I was like shut up Amma. You have more than driven your point home. And they are not your husband.She was repeating the same thing'Maine tho aapke biwi ke bareme kuch bhi anhin kaha.Phir bhi pareshan ho gaye? First it was narz then pareshan and then aapko buura laga!Ouch!Poor buffoons.They didn't deserve such a big bhashan!But kaleje ko thandak padi that Amma kept reciting 'Mere pati' "mere pati". Munna wish you ahd an invisible cloak and you could hear your wife.Both these duffers say nice things only when the other is absent.Ufff.But here is another proof dear that no matter what happens at least disloyalty will not come between you two.Good.Trust is also a part of love after all.This was so funny the way Mr.Pig mathur says "Meesrs Waliiyya. If Amma had cut short her speech it would have been more enjoyable.
KS creative deserve a pat on the back.A depressing week but they have managed to make some sceens stand out in your memory and haunt you.They have also tried to bring in humor; a respite from the intense depressing scenes.Dumbsherads was one such attempt.But even here the highlight was the main lead's unspoken love for each other. It started off very lively with "Humara dil aapke paas hai".The amazing thing about JB is that they don't even have to touch each other or be on talking terms.Their potent eye glances say and do it all.Just look at the meaningful glance Munna throws amma's way and she looks away kind of. Poor Muuna looks like he is sitting at his funeral.Poor thing.He looks at her and then down.She tries to goa way but sweet Rano stops her with a pretty emotional speech. The dumbsherads progresses and two things were discovered by me.One thing I love the Anu Rohit pair more and more and I simply marofy on Raashi.She is such a sweetheart.Gosh that scene was so funny when she tells Jai that "woh nahin aa rahein hain."And he is greatly amused that in this zamana there is this girl who will not take her husband's name!I love the JR equation.Looks like Raashi is smitten by Munna.Raashi stay away from me Munna.Seriously I hope they show her and Rano and Sahil together cooking up situations and ways to bring back Mamiji to the Walia mansion.She wears strange dresses but I like her all coy and so sweet.Gosh does the Swami still use the floor as his bed?Interesting! All the movie names were so poignant and hinted at something or the other.Then comes Aditya!This guy is such a tease!How came he to marry Jiggu? Or rather how came Jiggu to marry Adi?So funny.He keeps pointing at his wife who as standing ina corner all by herself-such a punishment poor dear! When she suddenly becomes the centre of attention and for all the wrong reasons! 'Hunterwali' Nagin'Gosh! I thought she looked more like Vishkanya I mean Vishmaya or rather Vishmohini!Aww Pushy not hunterwali but circuswali! And all her children and her husband pulling her legs and ears too.So much reckless abandon and pure masti as Jiggu's BP soars and she warns"Sahil!".Nobody gives a dime of course. Again the expressions of the onlookers adds to the fun.Rano smiling away and Anu trying hard to control her smiles!At last it turns out to be 'Ek hi bhool'. Very poignant na?Applies very well to our JB'Ek hi bhool'.Means different things to both of them but roughly affects them the same way,I should say.

Then comes the highlight.The reason this game was started. Again contrast at play here. Started off on a masti note and now-Mausi whispers the film's name in Munna's ears. And Hai Eesh!What expressions!look at how rapidly the two communicate through their eyes.And how in a jiffy they understand the pain. Ah that knowing glance! What will this world be without mothers?Mausi turns to goa way.He stops her and hugs her tightly ill concealing his sobs..Aww Ramu you are awesome! Though you and I need to really reduce our weight to skip the risk of getting mistaken for huge oil barrels, I think nobody can beat you where expressing your grief and pain is concerned. That one hug that one expression said it all.He looked like a helpless child suddenly left to the mercies of the cruel world and its cruelties have struck him dumb and numb, left him aching for that lost security warmth and familiar love.That was no action. The mighty jai walia actually craving for support sympathy-tough thing to digest.It touched everybody there except perhaps Bani? Why Even Jiggu seemed to feel a tiny bit of guilt?But Bani?Prachi you have to do something.Don't make Bani pay for your lack of interest or whatever.It looks like you are doing KS a favor?Please don't make us hate Bani.She is already irritating us big time.

TrustMayi to play with our emotions and use the fact that we Indians are emotional fools to her advantage! She is using everything in her power to earn her hero maximum sympathy. Ours is essentially amale dominated society and feel strange if aman sheds tears.It's afact.So make Munna shed tears and with that tuta haath and those heart melting expressions and amma's berukhi Munna has got you in his pocket flat! It was very very cruel of Mayi to show us Munna so utterly broken and helpless. Aww the scene with Aditya.Munna turns around and my poor baby is weeping like a baby.
Aditya asks him nah I think he just stated a fact"Bani se bahut pyar karthe ho Jai". And Munna probably for the first time in a long long time defined his relationship with his wife correctly truthfully honestly.All this while he was always confused about the relationship that existed between him and his wife.Today it is crystal clear "Bani se mere rishta Akelepan ka hai aasuon ka hai bebasi ka hai aur yeh rista pyar se kahin zyada hai"! Ouch!Munna I forgive you for all those wonderful pearls of nonsense you have been in the habit of uttering!You just struck me speechless. Gosh so keenly distressing to the mind and slicing right through your heart..!Ouch Munna!Wish Amma had been here but thank god she wasn't.I'd have murdered her if she'd just stood there like she had lost her memory.
Ah I think San Di will agree witrh me when I say that pain can teach you what a joy bridled life or peace or happiness cannot.Pain is a harsh teacher.She burns you like Gold has to burn and twist and turn in the fire before it becomes priceless. Pain can bond two persons who would have never connected in the normal circumstances.And pain is not easy to share while joy is. Pain is not a scar or a blister than can be seen and cured with an antiseptic cream.To feel it to share it you must have an experience in pain yourself. And pain is the essence of the JB relationship.
The one tear you shed for the other the twang of pain you undergo because of the other or for the other the stalking loneliness that you have suddenly been plunged in to that bites you stings you, reminds you of the other and the utter helpness that follows-you cannot do with the other yet you cannot live with her/him.This relationship of tear, loneliness and helplessness is far greater far more ennobling far purer than that of love. Because the former has love too.In fact it's all for the sake of love.It's the love that exites the tear the pain the loneliness the helplessness the longing and even fear of a lifetime without your life beside you.Wah wah a beautiful dialogue.One sentence conveyed a beautiful truth of love. Proving that JB love is sublime,hatke from the usual love stories.It has also proved that JB love is not physical.Love and physical intimacy is only a part of agreater truth.Brilliant dialogue.Kudos. And Aditys was brilliant too.Munna didn't need to say anything more.He understood his friend's state immediately.He and Mausiji and Munna-they share a terrific rapport. Aditya is the one who silently connects all the disparaging factors and imparts sense.It's nice that Munna has somebody to take care of him;somebody very sensible.I feel sorry for Bani.She has her sisters. But She would do very well without Pia.Mausiji will not work here because she will think she is on Munna's side.Adi is the only one who like afather must make Bani see sense, for her good especially.
Another person who undestands Munna and can be a huge support now is Pushy.Glad that they made up.And my Munna is so I don't know so cutelys elfish.He can now forgive Pushy because he wants to be forgiven by Bani and he hints it openly"Har insan ke zindagime aisa kuch hots jise maaf kar dena chahiye"!Reaaly Munna!Ilove your staraightness.Aww if things had been normal Munan would have confided in him.Pushy start calling him Jai Sir again."Mr.Walia" is reserved only for Amma!I am waiting for that day when One.Jai will hug Pushy.Two.When Jai will have Amma back in his arms!I love Pushy.So mature so sensible.Keep it up Pushy.

It's so sad that many of us get in to the habit of converting your face in to a mask to present to the world.And in no time the mask becomes your real face.You yourself forget that the mask is not real.Same with Munna.He presented a different Munna to the wolrd;an insensitive automaton. His feelings had gotten frozen blood had curdled; inhuman and like I said a mere automaton.It needed the softspoken and patient Bani with her pitcher of selfless love to bring out the real him and remind him that there was aface behind his mask. Like I said a long time back JB have witnessed the best and worst in each other, they have undergone very trying situations as well as very beautiful ones.Every obstacle is a means to brings them on an equal footing and every obstacle crossed is a proof of the fact that they are meant to be, by dissolving their every difference. The mask slipped during the dumbcharades.I wish it had slipped more often Munna.Pushing feelings under the carpet has never done anyone good. Aww the mask slips again here in this scene when Munna's drinking. I am sure at this rate his nightgown is surely fat janewala hai.Amma come back fast and stop him.Nobody is there to stitch him more curtain nightgowns. Aww the honeycombed wineholder was so pretty.And the liquid looked more like scent.Munna you gulping down perfume? Well he relives his moments with Amma.First time he remembered The night.Till date it was Amma who nurtured and cherished those moments.Munna always focussed on the emotional moments.Today he missed bani in every way.He yearned for the physical side to their relationship too.Hmm Munna so he has finally accepted their relationship in every sense. The 'Adat' song I hate it. It has a way of adding to the pathos and increasing your wretchedness.Damn Mayi.Nobody can beat her here.She steals songs from movies and gets her lyricists to put in their own lyrics to suit the situation to the tilt.Just awesome haan. Munna looked such a mess. Poor darling.Enter Swami I love the contempt and disgust Munna has for his bhathija'I rear you and this is what I get in return.I deserve it richly.'
I love the way Munna growled at Baba to cancel the deal.It's so touching that he can spend any amount so he can ease Bani's troubles. So he can prove Bani that he meant what he promised.Here it was the supreme businessman Jai Walia and he would do everything in his power to get that house reatored back to its original condition.I wish thhough that Munna had thrown a cheque at Swami's face.That would have been more dramatic and the impact would have been greater.Swami tried to put in his two bits but he was just waved away by a stern "Just do it"! Aww What I keep saying! Munna chalo humse kuch tho seekha! No violence no drama.Munna didn't think he needed towaste his energy on him.But I hope this slimy sly thing will not create more mischief.God be with me Munna. But Mayi is not satisfied.She has to test our endurance some more.She ha sto make his pain actually touch us.Silence suddenly broken by'aadat'.Ouch! And that dialogue; quite philosophical that man is essentially alone-whether it be when he comes in to this world or when he leaves it.Yeah right Munna Easy to mouth anything pholosophical but so difficult to practice it especially in such trying situations.
But obviously Mayi is not finished as yet. She ha sto show Munna doing some soul searching and literally burn us with his pain.Ouch! But does that have to be so painful?Gosh you Ramu.Why the heck do you have to be so good that I could have sworn that it was me who was experiencing the pain and loneliness.Munna basically wonders why is he feeling what he is feeling for his wife!Gosh!You kindly narrate Ramayan to a fella and after the whole story he proudly says that Ramji was Sita maiyya's Chachu! Like I say Mayi is damn smart. The whole week has been very depressing.So I have a feeling that she's got something up her sleeve. The week is in preparation for something big or at least important. I have this strong feeling that if there's a new entry and even if there isn't, somehow the JB relationship is going to reach a different plane yet again.They must also get Raashi to get involved in getting JB back.Raashi,Rano,Sahil,Mausiji can create wonders. Another feeling I get is that Munna might convince Amma to start working at his Hotel again.That would be interesting.Those staring sessions and shamelessly flirting yet insisting she hates him!Well well well!Let us hope Mayi is as smart as I think she is and gives us a surprize.Hopefully today onwards Munna will
