Yash is praising Aarti for the effort and talent she has put in helping Yash's work!! Does this mean he has started trusting her again or is it that he just trusts her in his professional life! I am confused here!!! After what he said at the party about never ever trusting her, is he trusting her now????

No I think he likes her professionalism, Trust is assoicated with Love. Now it is long way to go. Aarthi trusts him the moment Yash took the bullent for Ansh's sake, now Aarthi should do something big to win his trust and love, without her knowledge she should impress him.

it shld be as professional. he was desperate for some help and since she is doing it and somewhat decreasing his workload, he is happy and is sincerely thanking her.
