I am happy she got those papers signed but I am Confused!!!

The papers that Shyaam has will come into effect only if Arnav dies rt?? Coz there was a codicil shown later where if Arnav dies in unnatural circumstances then all of his wealth will go into a trust. Hence I am assuming this is the reason Shyaam has kept him alive ( why for so long?!? god , shyam and CVs should know)

So what is the purpose of Kushi getting Shyam to sign these papers?? Is he transferring all his property to Anjali, in that case it would be what he owns presently rt?? Else is it a will like Arnavs where everything will tranfer to anjali only if Shyam passes away??

In that case Arnav has to die so everything passes on to Shyam. And then Shyam has to die for everything to pass on to Anjali!!! Which makes no sense to me...

Also why not just wait till Arnav comes back and he can make a new will which will nullify his old one?!?! Why go through all this divorce drama and crap??
