Remember we are dealing with SP and the PH. There will be internal wrangling that we will be unaware off. Everyone will have a different agenda. Even in SP itself there will be different factions and internal politics. Nothing is ever as we see it. This is true of all things in life involving money and power.

I have seen opposition politicians tear a strip of hide of each other in meetings. Only to see them buying each other drinks and slapping each other on the back at the bar an hour later... nothing is ever as it seems dude.
