waise, Thakral today implied to kunal that the money was the same which he used in the rape case 😆 & kunal just said that its a saazish from thakral to trap kunal 🤢

after all this natak why is Siddhi madam going again to plead Richa at her place? 😡 & viola, luck by chance she manages to eavesdrop Thakral siblings fight...want to see if armed with this info what siddhi does...

And this is one way Siddhi can perhaps secure bail for Kunal, if they use the the serial number to track the bank an trace it back to Thakral even better but in all probability its 'black money' so there might no be a solid paper trail.

Let's give CVs benefit of doubt for improving and say Kunal had touched about 4 lakh and during rape case Thakral only presented 2 lakhs and he kept rest for future🤣

That time Thakral got lot of money in the bag so he just couldn't have been hiding it in his house. even if he got it from his clients, they had to take it out somewhere. First She can show Kunal's bank records for entire year and how much salary he received from his clients. The serial numbers on that bill are no way to be found in the same bank. I doubt Kunal has too many accounts given his financial condition😆 By doing such, she can raise doubt how really Kunal came up with the money and where exactly he gave it to SG.

During this time, RBI still can be contacted with serial numbers and f it is "black money" - get help from Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. It is an actual intelligence agency with an office in Mumbai. So may be they can help somehow with "black money"

So these three efforts may bring something, but before to get bail for Kunal all she needs to do is show past records of Thakral. Thakral used Kunal's past against him so now flip the coin. During rape case Thakral had played same trick of money. Same lawyer, same family and same trick. Well was it true last time, No so how can court be sure same thing is not happening here? That argument alone matched with the fact that Indian Judicial system affords one chance to all defendants, Siddhi should be able to get bail and buy some time for Kunal.

Thakral pulled this money nonsense last time and it just kills me he can do that over and over again. He needs to be stopped somewhere so why not now. Money can't always flip the case. So if once money is out, SG testimony is disregarded and it is once again just an accident as on one really saw Kunal pushed Rohit down, affording Kunal bail😉

Or we can also assume that inspite of the fact that Thkral kept 5 lakhs in his hand ,useful prints were procured from only a couple of bundles that amounted to 2 lakhs?😉 Because full prints can be obtained only from the first or last notes of a bundle the ones in between would probably contain partial blurred prints , unless Kunal opened a bundle and explicitly touched the notes!!What say probable right?

This won't prove that money did not come from Kunal , but can be used as a 'benefit of doubt factor'

Yes this can be shown but will be time consuming and I believe will require a strong show cause notice.So if Siddhi can raise doubts about the money belonging to Thakral based on serial numbers from forensic lab and court evidence log she might be able to procure a permit to approach RBI or Revenue intelligence.

I think if argued right this can procure Kunal a bail.If necessary she can do the same trick on the witness and cause him to reverse statement , thus rendering his testimony inadmissible!
