What I liked and the contrary- June 25th

I liked the episode, as per me this was perhaps the first time Parichay was sensible for a whole half an hour!!👏👏

@ Bandra session court:

Veena and Siddhi seemed ready to jump with joy when Thakral said he withdraws charges against Siddhi Chopra😆 ,thank goodness for the likes of Raj and Seema in the household who seemed wary🤢.If they had shown Kunal sporting his 'Aiyeee I am Kunal Chopra' look I would have switched off the TV then and there😡, but thankfully he too seemed to have a 'Oook' look👏.

So Kunal pressed charges against Kunal , no surprise there , none again when Richa stood up and said "DAD"😆.Thakral finally seemed to have got in daughter in control atleast for the moment😛.Loved all the arguments Kunal raised all valid and essential.Both Sameer Soni and Abhay Bhargava gave commendable performances.👏

Yes it did look like it was our darling Vik's beating up Rohit😉.So contrary to our expectations the witness did not alter his statement then , like a dutiful citizen he recited what he saw👏.Kunal too presented his side well.What I loved was the way they showed Kunal arrogant👏 , it was there when he dramactically calls upon Thakral to examine the witness, it was there when he told Thakral maybe he should withdraw.The build up was perfect for what was to follow😊!!

Thakral defintely looked stumped when he heard what the security guard had to say about the fight but at the same time the witness took Kunal's name without Thakral suggesting that is was Kunal involved in the fight😕.Thakral kept saying Kunal paid him money to do so but naming Kunal was the witness's own initiative😕.Well I must applaud the CV's for etching so brilliant and consistent a character like Thakral.It's not yet evident whether Thakral paid the witness or what we saw was psychological attack.Both ways equally good but the latter being the better option😃.Kunal's tensed face was a treat to watch and so was Thakral's victorious one👏.So the witness Kunal bought turned against him.😆

If Thakral paid the witness then I must say the entire drama was scripted and executed well by Thakral.If not and he thought on his feet then hats off to that thinking.By not directly naming Kunal but rather cornering the witness to take Kunal's name to save him self was a brilliant move by Thakral.

Now about the money , where did that come from? Is it the same from the rape case, but won't it be locked away as evidence?😕

So there will be another witness , wonder who that will be😕? But even now I still doubt if the sentence will be served in this hearing, the Indian judicial system is know for it's slow pace , it's more probable that the case will be adjourned for another date while Kunal will be remanded to custody.

I was glad for yesterday for various factors , primarily because they did not show Kunal stupid to make Thakral seem clever, sense prevailed for the entire length of the episode and if yesterday highlighted Thakral's strengths it also bought clearly to light Kunal's flaws.👏

Yesterday Kunal did not lose to Thakral becuase he exhibited a lack in intelligence but because of his arrogance😡.Despite everyone repeatedly warning Kunal he still chose to underestimate Thakral.Arrogance is always a impediment to growth and progress and it has to be ousted out.I hope Kunal yesterday learnt a valuable lesson and armed with that, fights back.I hope there will soon come a day when today's roles will be reversed.As per me the lawyer Kunal is taking centre stage now, second chances are not always about winning alone it's also about learning and correcting your flaws.😃
So what if he has to spend some time in jail, this case is not getting over anytime soon.Indian jails boast of inmates who were caught commiting crimes on national television and yet awaiting trail.So have faith in the judicial system!!😉

I do not mind Siddhi bailing him out , that is what partners are for ,but once back I want to see a wiser Kunal don that black robe and get out there! 😉

I still fear the look which veena mata 😈 gave Siddhi when Thakral said that he's withdrawing the case against siddhi & charging the same to kunal she is on the edge of going bonkers again about his son & blah blah.blah 😡

even i was wondering the same 😕 though here kunal could have counter argued that he's jobless & his family is financially challenged 😉 & living on charity of garewals 😭...so how could he afford to bribe the SG? 😡 not only that even Thakral in the 1st hearing said that Chopra family has no money to even afford petrol...then which bank did he lootofy to have that money i say 😡

True.. Kunal was arrogant and underestimated Thakral and is paying for it. Hats off to Thakral for brilliantly making the SG take Kunal's name to safe himself and all the proofs presented by him👏 Both performances by SS and AB are worth watching⭐️ Hope Siddhi bails him out quickly and we see a renewed sense of revenge in Kunal to bring out the truth😃

Agree. This was the best court room scene we've witnessed in Parichay and also very decent overall.

Loved when Thakral put her Richa down. I was farid what the hell she's gonna do but for now Thakral handled her.

Kunal did raise valid point in logical manner and made right arguments as a good criminal attorney. It wasn't flashy or over the top.

I too am waiting to find this out. Actually this is what worked against Kunal above all. He could've still provided some defense but the money matter with forensic report just baffled him and had no idea what the hell?

Since it is cash, it is very hard to prove it didn't come from Kunal. Yes Chopra finance is bad, but being it cash; hard to refute it didn't come from him. If the money issue wants to be handled intelligently; what can be done is ask RBI to track the serial number of those bills and see which bank had that. Given the bank name, whose account are there and also exactly when the money went out of the bank. As I understand, bank do keep record of serial number of the bills; hope they didn't change it. But that would be longgg process with little hope.

I am wondering if this cash was already submitted as evidence for the rape case the serial numbers would ideally be recorded with the court , they would also have been recorded at the forensic lab.What they can show is that Thakral submitted the same set to the forensic lab again , but later switched notes before submitting in court.

I am not aware if the court counter checks the serial numbers with the forensic lab.Thakral could probably bank on the judge not initiating this.

And this is one way Siddhi can perhaps secure bail for Kunal, if they use the the serial number to track the bank an trace it back to Thakral even better but in all probability its 'black money' so there might no be a solid paper trail.
