Jiji-Nanhi-Guru confront Mohan. Mohan asks what are you doing here? Nanhi says you think we don't care for you. Guru says no he doesn't think so. Mohan starts to leave. Nanhi says yeah leave your mummy is waiting for your answer. Guru says you were sitting next to her as if you've known her since childhood. Jiji says go and say yes to your mother and we'll believe that happy endings happen only in hindi films. Nanhi says I did not know you were so selfish. I thought you would marry mummy and I can say good morning papa to you everyday.Mohan says you want me to marry your mother so that you can say good morning to me. Come to my house and say it.. Nanhi says no marry my mother because I know only you can make her happy and turn her into the same mummy she was. Nanhi goes to the tree to untie a cloth. Mohan puts his hand and says Mirchi Madam is mine. He says Mohan Bhatnagar ki shaadi hogi toh sirf teri mummy se varna nahi hogi😃
Indu walking up and down the house. Mohan and Guru arrive she asks where they were. Indu blabbering away. Mohan says Mom you know I will not marry Riddhima because I love someone else. Indu shocked. Indu says ok if this is your decision then my decision is that I will never accept Megha and her kids relation with you😡 Indu asks Guru to get an auto as there is no point staying back Mohan tries to stop her and sits her down. Mohan says you know my happiness. You have always made sure of my happiness then why not today. Indu says then why can't you make me happy once? Indu says I know what is right for you. Just because you want to drink poison doesn't mean I will let you. Indu says I am leaving otherwise neither me nor you will be happy as our thoughts don't match. Mohan asks her to stay back. Mohan says the place Megha has in my heart cannot be taken by anyone else but the place you have also cannot be taken by anyone. She agrees to stay back 😭
Renu making ladoos. Jiji asks her if she is fine and why is she in the kitchen so early in the morning. Renu tells Jiji that Manav said yes for the marriage. Jiji and Nanhi shocked. Nanhi assures Jiji Bua that she will handle everything. FIL & MIL praying that Megha says yes for the marriage. Nanhi tells Megha that someone called from your office and you need to go to office right away. Megha prepares to leave. Jiji pretends to lose her earring and keeps MIL & FIL busy in searching for them. Nanhi forces Megha to leave. FIL comes to talk to Megha but she has already left.
Megha steps outside and it starts raining. Mohan comes on his bike walks up to her and opens another umbrella and both start walking(Mere haath mein from Fanaa playing in BG). Megha keeps her hands on Mohan's hand to hold the umbrella. The whole sequence is Megha's dream. Mohan walks out with an umbrella. But Manav reaches her before Mohan can. Manav says I will leave you till an auto. Mohan and Megha both upset 😕 Mohan watches them leave.
Precap: Megha asks what is the name of the girl. Karan asks Mohan your neighbor is asking the name of the girl. Mohan asks Megha do you really want to know who the girl is? He turns Megha around and points to her reflection and says this is that girl. He lifts the mangalsutra and it is reflected in the glass.
