Why do I object to shyam touching Khushi?

I saw some friends here who may feel that some of us are over reacting to the current plot. I am making this post to just share my reasons for not liking it.

My answer lies in the answer to the question " Why do we love IPKKND?" . Because it is a unique show where they showed a female lead who when faced with tough situations and challenges in life stands up for her self and faces challenges with optimism. It is a show where we saw (for a change) women in one household supporting each other. A show where a unique bond is shown between various relations arnav-anjali, nani-khushi, khushi –anjali and now mami-khushi. I personally feel this is the USP of the show. I understand that shyam's deeds need to exposed and Anji needs to know the truth. However, is this route to truth really needed?

I feel that this plot is going to be a part of Arnav's redemption where he will be shown standing up for khushi. At what cost? Showing a girl being molested at the hands of a lech. Hasn't the audience seen enough shows where the daughter-in-laws, daughters are shown molested, raped at the hands of family members. I feel by going this way isn't out fav show loosing its uniqueness and dignity.

If they wanted to show Arnav +Khushi vs Shyam + Anjali it was still possible. The way they have laid down Anji's character, she is blindly in love with the lech.

Coming to the point of Anjali aka Daljeet needing more screen space, wouldn't we prefer seeing and intelligent Anjali suspecting her husband on her own as he has been giving her ample reasons to suspect him. I would personally like seeing a strong, intelligent anjali emerge out of this mess…rather than the usual woman blaming another woman route. Anjali khushi relation has a trust built in it I would not want to see that go away, hence I do not like the track.
