Because they have been told Aarti is a widow and Bua is bitter that Sr Scindhya thought about his sons remarriage and never thought about her (bua) remarriage when she lost her husband at a young age!!! She is jealous of Aarti for this reason! Vidhi and Paridhi are not widow's who have remarried, she is removing her anger on Aarti and taking badla from brother by destroying their (AarYa) marriage!

i like the 3rd option a lot... she's always complaining that her bhaiya didn't get her remarried... so her bhaiya should do the honors... 😛
