Do reality shows produce only Stage show artists?

The most important thing is that after a show is over these singers get lot of shows and lot of praise. Some of them are guided well and have more ambitions and they work hard and learn more to reach another level and others who cant manage the instant fame they got stay as stage show artists or even participate in new reality shows even after 5 years of their earlier show.

Very well said, I agree with you. I understand and have an idea of what young generation likes to hear when it comes to music in India. I have seen videos of some of these singers doing stage shows. Although I have spent more of my life in the US, get the feel more of the younger generation finds old music to be boring...I have seen a lot of them on YouTube commenting good on the same music.

I believe it was on MKMM that one of the contestants asked something about getting opportunities in Bollywood. Mika said that some MD's don't take reality stars because in general they are arrogant.
