DC- The Dream Merchant - Roshani : The Butterfly

One day, the dream-merchant saw the caterpillar and promised to transform it into a beautiful butterfly. And, the butterfly started evaluating herself through the eyes of the dream-merchant. The Butterfly lives for a short-time and the dream merchant will abandon it one day and will search for a new caterpillar.

Roshani is no longer marketable and thus a liability for DC. And, no one is indispensable in the world of showbiz, and DC knows it while Roshani wants to live in her past glory. The dream merchant DC gave her the platform and may have written her dazzling success story, but like the Butterfly, the fame also doesn't have a long life. He has to create a new Dazzling Star to get his show going.

The fading Butterfly craves for the same attention and love, but for the Dream Merchant, she is the product who is well-past her expiry day.

Roshani's fault: she no longer looks in the mirror to see herself but she looks into the eyes of DC to know "who she is."

felt really bad for roshni in yesterdays episode...especially when she was called a loser...the look on her face said it all...and was it just me or did it seem like dc felt bad at what he said to her or was it just me that saw this...

DC does have a soft-spot for Roshani, and it was confirmed today. It looks like tomorrow, we will see Roshani's exit from the show.

cant wait to see todays episode...and i wonder what the deal was between roshni and dc...i wonder if he had feelings for her...now that roshni is leaving the show i hope they work a dc and meenakshi angle...through that we can also be given more of an insight of the real dc...

I am among the one who does not want Meenakshi and DC angle. 😊

y the two of them light up the screen...so much chemistry...i see none with her and akshat...they have been focusing on asa in the show...i for one would like a little bit of the focus to be shifted on DC...so that we can see what he is all about...

I see the innocent spark when Meenakshi and Akshat are together and that works big time for me. DC and Meenakshi more of pupil and a master and they don't light-up the screen for me. I would love to see that all the characters get equal focus in the show, irrespective of who is my favourite. As all of them have interesting character sketches and have substance. 😊
