Jdj should be seued by sp

Jdj cannot sign on a actor while that actor is bound by a previous contract. If Gia's signing contract clearly states that she can not work for another channel then sp has a right to sue Gia and jdj. But if they have just made the rules as they went along sp is being unprofessional not Gia. So we should at least know what was the hiring contract of Gia.

JDJ haven't done anything wrong. They just gave Giaa a chance to show her dance skills. SP is wrong very wrong.

Sorry, I am disagreeing with you here. SP is entirely at fault for this problem. If there was any such contract about participating in programs of another channel's Giaa should have been fired as soon as she signed contract for JDJ. Here we heard that there was a high level meeting or producers, actors and channel reps and Jiaa and Hina were asked to withdraw from JDJ and apparently they were ready for that. But after that there was another high level meeting of the executives of SP and Colors and they made an agreement for the mutual exchange of their actors between the channels and so Giaa could go on with her JDJ dreams. So everything was well till 3-4 weeks ago with this JDJ competition. So from where this breach of contract appeared suddenly? I see a big conspiracy of SP and PH in this. They already shot next week's scenes with Giaa and released some of it through SBB/S. It is unbelievable how they made replacement with the new actress. How can they find a suitable actress and start shooting in one day. Also it is utterly insulting to tell your face that you are fired when you reach on the sets for shooting. It is ridiculous the way they asked the viewers to accept the new girl as Gopi. I see nothing but the autocratic dictatorship of SP in this whole mess.
