Padmini :Accident filmy or real

I felt the accident was filmy arranged by the film crowd to get rid of Ballu so that he does not go behind Padmini Trishna and Madhu and he feels that they are all dead or do you think its real and Trishna and Padmini die with Madhubala unhurt.Many times in accidents all families are wiped out but somehow the babies survive.The close up not shown so my doubt 😕
