So true. We indeed are the losers.These stars go out smoke and become the wannabes of our country. The poor people who ship them like insane suffer the consequences & sometimes it even costs them their life! And all our celebs bear is a 200 bucks penalty!

Ranbir is addicted to smoking! Good he got summoned :P Alas he's a star he'll just have to pay a fine and this will be forgotten..wish he'd learn a lesson though!
