There are some folks who see every movie first day first show. Obviously they are not the deciders of the fate of the movie. To be called a hit/ super hit, the movie has to bring the next audience in, who comes in by word of mouth... I saw Kahaani, like 4 weeks after release. Same for Vicky Donor.
even i belong 2 this category.. for me 2 watch a movie,n that too in d theatre,it has 2 be really really gud.. i do a lot of research even be4 watch a movie! havnt seen a single movie FDFS till date..even HP of wich am a die hard fan!Similarly, I came in into KTLK much later, and now that the track seems to be going astray, am not really keen to watch it. The CVs should be meeting folks like me who are not diehard fans but 'fair weather' fans!And they have - frankly - lost me. Once I stopped watching for 2-3 days, it was very easy not to want to watch it later either.Iam watchin it coz there r very few serials which catch my attention.. Sailaab ,kutumb and now this!

I am an HP fan and have been from 1999 when a cousin intro'd me to the early books.I loved Prisoner of Azkaban best. JKR's writing was spontaneous and innovative till then. I also loved that movie - it captured the essential feeling of the book.By then she had become a celebrity and knew whatever she wrote was going to sell, and I felt her writing went downhill from then on.Have you read Diary of a Social Butterfly by the way? First of all deepa I am sorry I missed reading and commenting on ur take on the episode of 31st...had a misconception that I had read and commented and was waiting for Friday's take...Then by the time I realised no episode on Friday I got involved in weekend visitors and that put an end to my IF visits...
Lovely take and superbly written as always...I always love the way u make ordinary mundane episodes also sound so entertaining and interesting...👏...As for the episode I missed watching it and the way this Ashmal track is progressing I was not going out of my way to make time to watch it...My biggest disappointment was reading what KP had written about Ashu and mallu being 'soulmates'...His reference to them as soulmates made me doubt my interpretation of the term...That coupled wit what I read about the precap irked me so much that I actually began to doubt KP ji's sanity...But after reading ur take I watched the ZAshni parts and yes their parts are cute and sweet...But I still feel irritated and angry at the way Ashu is behaving towards Mallu...I agree that the bond of true friendship is very strong and very difficult if not impossible to break...But the main question is...Is Mallu Ashu's true friend? Would a true friend ever do all the things Mallu did to separate Ashni? I can't digest the fact that ashu has forgotten all that Mallu did in the past...Niot to forget he heard all her misdoings from her own mouth...This does not mean that he should not help her...Seeing the condition she is in any good-hearted person would forget the past and help her...But there is a way and a limit of helping her...How can he not think what the effect of his actions and wpords would be having on Nidhi? He needs to remember he is now a married man and that he has a wife who could be hurt if he showers so much unwarranted care and affection on a friend who had not spared anything in hurting Nidhi...I don't know about other viewers but this attitude of Ashu's just does not go down well in my books...The way he said all that to Mllika...saying 'ur Ashu is here'...Had he said that in the privacy of a hospital room, with probably only Nidhi and Ranga present it could be understandable...But to say all this and hug and caress her in front of half the hospital staff...Well that would be hurtful and embarrassing to any wife...At least it would have been to me...I am sorry if I have made any mistake in interpretation of the scenes but whatever I have written has been solely on the basis of reading the written update of 31st precap and the previous days' episodes...I am actually thinking of taking a sabbatical till this track is made a bit more bearable and logical...But till then will read ur take and comment for sure...and will make do with WU...As for KP and his usage of the term soulmate...here are a few definitions from Wikipedia...Plato
