As for how the baby is in the carrier - are people seriously criticizing that? That's how babies sit in carriers in the front especially a 6 month+ baby. They do not keep their hands and arms inside the carrier at that age. The 'frog position' is only used for very small babies not babies the size of Aishwariya's baby.
I think Aishwariya should have gone for an Ergo carrier though instead of a Baby Bjorn. The BB is not that comfortable for the mum as the Ergo is. But Baby Bjorn is everywhere.
