There was a scene shown in the sbs/sbb that Arnav is telling Khushi to count to 10 and he will be back within that. This scene is right when they enter; therefore, he must have gone out to make a deal with the kidnappers or as a member said (cannot remember the name) he went out to get the white saree for her. For those who are assuming this is when he leaves her to go back to the kidnappers - I highly doubt this because the counting to 10 is the very first scene (that is how it has been shown in sbs/sbb). Thus, the scene of cleaning his wound and the promo scene are yet to happen. As a result, don't worry everyone, he will be back within the count of ten. Moreover, Cv's are still building the bond of trust between Arhi; hence if Arnav does not return then that will not aid in building the strong bond. He has to return and he will.

I agree with u. According to one of spoiler, khushi wl b lost when she sees arnav is missing again. I think arhi wl stay whole nite together..then at morning arnav wl go to deal with kidnappers.
