Khushi brought the shaving kit with her in that little pouch of hers because she knew she'd be getting some action later on and didn't want him to be unshaven 😉😆. So while they were running ASR also shaved because he's ASR and he can do anything 😉 😛.

And as for the hair because ASRs very famous the kidnappers cut his hair and sold the hair on ebay because it sells for a lot of money 😆
