How did Arnav get clean shaven in between?

After reading Monsi's post one more question popped up in my mind. In the promo we saw Arnav to be cleanly shaven. But neither in the previous episode nor in the precap he was shaven. And also it is nonsense to be believed that the kidnappers will provide ASR the shaving keat. And ArHi will be running and will take a shelter in a haunted place. So when will ASR get time to shave his beard?
