hey guys this is my first every ff so please excuse me, i am absolutely new here, my story has nothing to do with the current track and is a whole new story together, please pm me, buddy me i will accept all your request and please comment as i want to know what you all think

Love and other disasters is a story which is based on love and off corse all the disasters that follow it, every love story has its own twists and turns, ups and down, and our story is no different, it is about a boy and girl who at first hate each other but slowly realize their love' they have several issues that they have to deal with so that they can be together, The story will unfold many fascinating relationships, and will show how the characters cherish and adapt to each of them'. With this I leave u to read on further

Characters

Arnav sign raizada: Is 26 year old rich ruthless business man, who lives in London, he has led Ar designs to their peek and the company is considered to be a top fashion brand over the world, Arnav lost his parents at a young age and this made him tuff, the loss of his parents created a mark on him thus making him very hot headed and believes that life needs to be practical and logical'. Most closet to his sister, for his family he has a soft heart but shows it very rarely, he is currently single

Khushi kumari gupta: she 24, is lively, charming kind attractive, she wishes to open her own bridal boutique, which displays wedding dresses, she moved to London 2 years ago with her adopted daughter naina, she is currently unemployed as she just quit her job because of creative differences with her senior khushi enjoys life to the fullest, she is thoughtful and helpful, and to people who are close to her she can even consider giving her life up for them, she is doest like to feel underrestmate khushi has made several life style changes for her daughter, she moved from india to London so that she can give her daughter a comfortable life' she is single

Naina gupta: naina is an 5 year old little girl, she is a true Leo by nature, she likes the lime light, she loves the attention, she is stubborn when things are not done her way, naina is actually khushi's sisters daughter, but a tragic incident took place and her sister and her husband passed away, leaving a 3 year old in khushi's hands, naina is aware of the situation and knows that khushi is not her real mother, but she still calls her mom as she has developed a strong bond with her.

Anjili: raizada: is arnav sign raizada's older sister, she is a socialite and is seen interacting in the social circuit of Indians that live in London, Anjili is very soft spoken, and extremely soft hearted, her kindness and devotion towards social causes like teaching children and organizing charity events are much talked about in the society, she is arnav's biggest weakness and when it comes to her he cannot refuse' anything that she asks him to do, she has had a failed marriage and has divorced her husband, currently she is single

Deviyani raizada: is the eldest raizada in the family, she takes all the decisions, she is arnav and anjili's nani

Akash raizada: is arnav's brother, he is an equal partner in AR designs, he is calm and composed, and looks up to his brother professionally, married to payal

Payal Akash raizada: is akash's wife, she is very well behaved and extremely simple, she is has a modern approach to life but that doesn't mean she has forgotten her values, she gives both sides and equal chance in her life'

Nand kishore/ nk: is a modern boy, he is the youngest out of all the raizada's he funny smart, very unlike his brothers he likes to party, live life, he has several girlfriends, not to mention he is very fond of match making and often he is seen hooking up couples, he calls himself cupid

Lavanya kashab: is a model, she often is the show stopper for AR, she fancies, ASR and looks for opportunities, to be with him, arnav doesn't give la a lot of importance and considers her as a person related to work, she doesn't let anyone near arnav, as she has made it clear to everyone that arnav only belongs to her'.

Shyam jha: he is khushi and peters land lord, he is a gold digger and always looks for a chance to extract money, he has a liking towards khushi, and often is seeing trying to play chances with her, khushi doesn't like him much, she finds him creepy, his little crush towards her slowly turns to lust and he is obsessed with her beauty'.

Peter: is khushi's roommate and best friend, he is a fashion photographer and is 101 % gay, he has the hots for men'. Khushi would call him babies as a pet name she was thankful to have him in her life, he is very fond of naina

Chapter 1--- The Recruitment

It was a blustery Friday morning, the wind was blowing and the autumn leaves followed its trail, all over London, khushi was still in bed fast asleep, dreaming about her life being perfect, she let out a small smile, but unfortunately her thought was broken, naina her 5 year old daughter was in the process of waking her up,

Naina: mom wake up wake up, its morning (she tugged on khushi)

Khushi: (lifted her hand from her sleep, and tried to pull her down on to the bed) baby go to sleep its only 6:30, (she said in a sleepy voice)

Naina: mom, this is not fair you promised, u promised we would go to hamleys today, (she sat on the side of the bed sulking)

Khushi: ok, ok we will go, but not now its early sweet heart, I have a job interview today and as soon as that finishes I will take u to hamleys I promise

Naina jumped in joy, hearing her mother will take her to the toy store today, khushi on the other hand got up with a stark from her bed, her eyes wide open remembering that she has a big job interview and she needs to be prepared for it, she quickly got off her bed, hurrying up, she got onto her daily routine of waking peter, getting naina ready, while peter prepared breakfast, peter and khushi were an amazing team together, they had mastered the art of the morning schedules, it was now 7:30 am khushi ran down to the bus stop with naina, the bus would come pick naina and take her to school, once naina was gone khushi would usually look at the papers for job opening and get redy for job interviews, today was a big interview, she was going to AR designs for her interview, for the post of a fashion designer,

Peter: hey khush, are u all set

Khushi: ya I am, I am nervous, I hope I get it

Peter: (put his arms around her) u will don't worry, have fate

Khushi: thanks babies , I hope so too, I am just going to go to my devi maya and pray

She went to her room to the little idle kept on the side was her devi maya and a small temple, she prayed to her, and hoped that she would get the job, so all their worries would get over. Then she scurried off to AR desigs, she reached picadeli street and came to this big huge building, it was an art deco building and looked magnificent, she walked inside the building and told the operator that she had come for an interview,

Operator: there is an opening for an assistant not a designer

Khushi: (looked grim,) alright I wouldn't mind applying for the post

Operator: (gave her a glance and the handed her the forms) fine fill these, I will let sir know that u have come for an interview

Khushi nodded her head and sat on the nearby desk to fill the forms , once done she handed them over and gave them to the operator, who asked her to wait as the person who she was going to interviewed by had not come in as yet' khushi waited for 20 minutes, and while she was waiting she saw a tall man who was well built and handsome, walk into the office, he came in a jiff causing the whole office to panic and shiver, everyone, looked prim and proper, the man came in yelling on his phone, his voice so loud that it could be heard from the other side of the room, she had pity for the person who was getting yelled at silently while passing by, he saw khushi sitting on the couch, he looked at her for a few seconds ad was mesmerized by her beauty, she was a petite young girl, and had this simplicity to her face that caught his eye, khushi saw him look at her and she stood up ,the moment broke his trance and he made his way through the lifts, leaving khushi to just stare at him leave' a few moments later the operator came and told her to go o the top floor for her interview, she did as she was told, she walked into the lift pressed the 15 floor button and waited till she reached on top, the lift opened into a posh office, well designed, she knocked on the glass door and herd that a voice had asked her to come in, she came in and sat on the chair, the persons back was towards her and so she couldn't see him, he turned around and to khushi's surprise it was the same man who just walked in creating havoc with his screaming, she was a bit nervous, as she was scared, but she had decided that no matter what she would get this job anyhow,

Khushi: (in a soft voice) good morning sir, I am here to apply for a job

Arnav: (looking at her from top to bottom) hmm I can see that (she was wearing a short mini skirt with a purple low neck full sleeves top, )

Khushi: sir this is my cv and other certificates, (she handed him over the file)

He took the file from her hand and started to flip through the pages, still engaged in asking her questions

Arnav: hmm, so ur a designer (he said in a husky voice)

Khushi: yes sir

Arnav: so why are you applying for a job as my personal assistant

Khushi: sir, I came to apply for a designers post, but the operator mentioned that there is no post vacant, so I thought of applying for this instead

Arnav: hmm, and u worked for rustic designs before, so why did u leave.

Khushi: because I had creative differences with the owner, so I decided to leave (she said boldly)

Arnav: (without even taking a second he said) fine ur hired, Monday morning, 8:00 am sharp, don't be late ms gupta (he said handing her back the file)

Khushi looked startled for a second, did he just give me the job' she thought, she looked dumb struck in front of him,

Arnav: ms gupta, anything else (he said raising an eye brow)

Khushi: (nodding her head in shock) n.. no

She thanked him and got up from the chair, and left the building , on her way down, she bumped into the operator, who was walking out

Operator: ms gupta, so did u get the job

Khushi: (smiled) yes' I did' u can call me khushi

Operator: hi khushi I am Janis'

Khushi and she shook hands and smiled

Janis: khushi hope u are able to handle the pressure of working with him

Khushi: (confused) what do u mean??

Janis: well he is ASR, he is the difficult man, lots of people have come and gone, and no one can last with his tantrums, let's hope ur exceptional'

Khushi: I think I can handle it, (she smiled)

Saying this she smiled and she left'

Chapter 2 -----Celebration with Stress

She stood outside the school waiting for the gates to open, khushi was so happy she got the job she was excited to tell naina and peter about her new job, but still a part of her was worried, about what Janis said, but she brushed it away for the time being she was just very happy about the whole thing, naina came out running seeing her mother,

Naina: (smiling) hi mom

Khushi: hi angle, (she picked her up and kissed her on her cheek)

Naina: wow mom, u look happy,

Khushi: I am too too happy, u know why because I got the job

Naina: (smiled and hugged her) congrats mom

They both went home, to tell peter the news, peter was happy too, tonight they planned to celebrate, it was around 11:00 pm and khushi was planning to meet her friends in a nearby pub, luckily the owner of the pub knew khushi well so he allowed her to bring naina in spite of her being underage, naina loved to go to these places, she was fascinated by the lights, the 5 year old was going to grow up and be a really party person, she loved the music, the dancing and most importantly the shots, while all the adults would have tequila shots little naina would have pepsi or sprite shots, she would get a kick out of it because of the tiny glasses,

Peter: (excited) so khush' are u excited

Khushi: ya babies off corse I am excited, I got a job finally

Tilula: well be careful, sunshine, I hear the man u are going to work for is ruthless

Finely: well ya he is, but he is so hot' phew khush love u are really in for a treat

Naina: mom, what are they talking about

Khushi: (smiled) nothing angle, u up for another pepsi shot

She nodded in excitement, peter ordered another round, they partied till 2:00 then naina was sleepy so khushi and peter took her back home, khushi was holding as naina rested her head on her shoulder and they walked to the train station, khushi was in deep thought and peter noticed

Peter: whats bothering sun shine

Khushi: (snapping out of it) ha.. ha oh nothing, its just'

Peter: what khush

Khushi: its just everyone said he is ruthless, u think I can handle it or not

Peter: (smiled) khush stop worrying, people will talk what they have to, just chill, you will be fine I know it

Khushi: babies, u no it's a big responsibility with me away, how are we going to leave naina alone even ur in your photo shoot

Peter: look stop worrying, we can enroll her back in the day care center, so she can be there the whole day, she like the place anyway

Khushi: hmm may be your right

Peter: I am always right

They were on their way up and they bumped into shyam, the land lord, he would often flirt with khushi she found it very creepy and extremely annoying, still she never told him much'

Shyam: (creepy smile) khushiji, so ice to see you, how come u are out so late

Khushi: (smiled) hello shyamji, we are fine, we just came back from a party

Shyam: khushiji u seem happy today whats the occasion

Khushi: I got a job

Shyam: oho, and u didn't tell me such news, khushi ji we would have celebrated together

Pete: (annoyed) u weren't want

Shyam: (made a face) khushiji, u and naina should ot work, see if u were married to me, u wouldn't have to do all this

Khushi: (now also trying to avoid him) shyamji, I have told u, that I am fine on my own, please don't start again with the marriage

Shyam: but khushiji

Peter: what part of she doesn't want to marry u do u not understand

Shyam was about to speak when khushi stepped in and stopped the fight' once that was done they walked back home

As soon as they reached home, khushi put naina off to sleep and then went to change, and then she curled up into her blanket and put the night light and started reading a book,' but those negative thoughts ugh they kept lingering back to her, was it really going to be tuff,

Khushi: (to her herself) he didn't feel difficult though, I mean he was fine when I was in the interview.. but still when he walked in he was staring at me like I am the ghost of past Christmas, and he didn't take a second to select me' that was so weird, usually they just say they will call back, (she was in deep thought as too what was going on, while thinking time passed by and she never realized how she fell asleep')

Meanwhile on the central side of london, in a big apartment, lay a huge man on his king size bed, staring at the ceiling, and the man was none other than Arnav singh raizada, who was also in deep thought, strange he was thinking about her, he barely spoke to her, and that also only for a few moments when he was taking her interview so why was he thinking about her, he questioned himself, the answerer because of her beauty, her face kept popping into his mind, he had met several women daily, worked around them been around them but this girl, she was beautiful he thought, her creamy white skin, her face structure, and those eyes, those big brown honey colored eyes, they were attracting him more, she had an amazing figure, with the curves on the right place and due to her short mini skirt her curved legs were visible, but that's not why he had hired her, he had hired her because he wanted to see was she really bold as she said she was, when she told him that she had creative differences with the head of Rustic designs means she pulled a bold step, to tell her boss that his designs weren't making sense, Arnav was keen on seeing was she really bold, if she was she would be able to handle to job, and his temper, it was something he was waiting to watch'

Hey I just read the two chapters in one go, its really interesting! Love how creepy you've made Shyam, I'm serious, I was glaring at the screen while i read that part! And naina seems really cute, i love her quirky little ways! And of course, ASR and Khushi, why wouldn't i love them. Love that Khushi here is really independent and responsible.. cant wait to see more of ASR!

Chapter 3---- Highway to hell

He weekend passed by and finally the day arrived, khushi was getting all set to tackle her new job, her job was absolutely new to her, she was used to designing garments, and the stitching, beading embroidery ect' but never had she been a personal assistant to anyone, she did know that she would be taking calls and arranging appointments, what else could it be she thought, today khushi kumara gupta had taken a conscious decision that she would go with an open mind' she started her usual routine of getting naina ready, peter and she had worked out an arrangement whereby, he would pick naina from school and drop her to the dare care and at 6:00 pm when khushi would finish she would pick her,

The day began, khushi walked into AR design, and was greeted by Janis, who told her to go straight to ASR's office on the top floor, she did as she was told, she reached up and knocked on the door, asking for permission to come in,

Arnav: your 1 minute ad 7 seconds late, (he looked at the watch)

Khushi: (hesitantly looked at her watch) sorry.. sir

Arnav: hmm, ok your first task for today is to go down to the accounts department and collect all the necessary checks that I have to sign' while you're at it please go to Nero's coffee shop and pick me up six black strong coffee's, after that report back to me, i will give u my schedule for today (he said this all at one shot and finally left a breath out)

Khushi looked at him, so lost, she was so confused, so many instructions at one time, she didn't move an inch trying to recollect what he just told her, arnav stared at her wondering what she is waiting for'

Arnav: Ms gupta is there something wrong

Khushi: ha' n.. no uh, please call me khushi

Arnav: ok, khushi, get going we are running out of time

Hearing this she scurried off to so what he had asked her to do, she reached the accounts department' as she entered, she saw so many stalls with so many men wearing black and white clothes, each was staring at a computer screen, engross at the work they were doing, poor khushi she was so confused as to what she should do, who should she go to, she went to the man on the first desk and asked him

Khushi: excuse me, I am ASR's new assistant, he has asked me to collect some checks, from where should I collect them'

Man: oh so you're the new lamb that is going to be cut soon, (he smirked)

Khushi: (confused) uh excuse me

Man: right ok, go to the 4 desk, speak to Leonard, he will hand you the checks

Khushi: thank you

Man: uh ms I didn't catch your name

Khushi: uh khushi and u are

Man: bradon, nice to meet you khushi (he held his hand and khushi shook it)

she then went over to ask for the for the checks, as she reached she saw a old man, he was busy on the phone, khushi waited patiently for him to finish, several minuites passed by, and her phone started ringing, she saw it was an unknown number she picked it up and to her surprise it was her boss, he was sounding a bit pissed o the phone, khushi spoke

khushi: hello

Arav: where, the hell are u, whats taking u so long (he said annoyed)

Khushi: (a bit scared) uh sir I am waiting for the checks but the man who has to' (she was about to finish when he interrupted)

Arnav: leave it, I don't want your excuses, get the checks quickly (he cut the phone)

Khushi was a bit shocked, barely had it been 10 minutes passed and he expected her up so quick, she knew she needed the checks so she requested the man politely to do the needful, annoyed that she interrupted his phone conversation, he started to yell at her

Leonard: ms, can u not see I am on the phone (he said rudely)

Khushi: yes I can sir, but I need the checks now, ASR wants them for signing

Leonard: and who are you to tell me, that what he needs to sign or not

Khushi: (now annoyed) I am his new assistant, and he has asked me to collect the checks, if u will please kindly hand me over the checks (she stretched her hand forward)

Leonard who was annoyed handed her the folder and asked her to take them, she took the folder and reached up to his office, and handed them in, he took the file and started to sign the checks while talking to her

Arnav: so did u get my coffee

Khushi: no.. no sir, I will do it right away

Arnav: I thought I told u to do it, while bringing the checks

Khushi: I was, but the leonard, the account took time

Arnav: khushi, i don't need your excuses, get my coffee quick

She ran out to the nearby nero's store, and picked up his 6 hot piping coffee's and then reported back to him, later he gave her his full schedule, that she was jotting down while he was talking, the day was rough, she was told to do all sorts of things like fixing up appointments, to cleaning the dishes and serving him his food, and if that was not enough, she constantly heard him hurl things at her like are "are u insane" or his classic "what the.." by the time her day finished, she was so tired she picked naina up from day care and left for home, on reaching home she saw the couch and sprung straight onto it, and had a nice nap for one hour'.

When she woke up she saw peter and naina sitting at the dining table, she joint them,

Peter: I take it your fist day was awful

Khushi: (rubbing her eyes) awful is an understatement, it was pathetic

Peter: aww cheer up, it was just the first day' by the way how that boss of yours is

Khushi: he is soo bloody hot tempered (she said slapping her fore head) ugh the man is capable of burning an entire building down with his hot temper'. And whats worse is he is so over himself, everything revolves around him, when he is around the whole office is quite ad proper and when he is away, they are all at play' the guy seriously needs to consider putting ice cubes on himself to lower his temperature

Peter chuckled as khushi spoke with a frustrated tone, naina was listening to her mother talk, and instantly took the personality and gave it a face to one of the Disney characters, she said

Naina: mom, u make him sound like the beast' and u look like belle (she said innocently)

Khushi: naina baby, I am not belle, but I can guarantee you he is a beast'

Peter started laughing, both naina and peter got onto cheering up khushi up
