Hey guys I want to ask u something...did any 1 notice in the beginning of the shandat shukravar promo there is a clip of anandi in which she is at a different place.It seems like a hospital.She is wearing a different dress i mean not yesterday's orange and pink one that she was wearing in shiv's office but a blue and pink colored dress and in the background it seems like some hospital.Did any of u notice it.U wont find this part on promo link on forum.U can chk it either on colors website or the promo which is airing on tv.Just wanted to ask did any of u notice it???If yes i cant understand why is she in hospital???
