house was already sold and registered in name of diwan builders in the past.

will rishi able to bring back those old papers and stop new builder to get the house registered in his name??

The CVs/director seem to forget everything these days. It is not unlikely that they will forget or overlook this detail...

rishi had got those papers from reg office by bribing some1...dose were d papers which indu had burnt.

but yes...a copy shud b thr wid diwans...mayb dats how d track will proceed

And here i thought the the whole deal with Diwan builders was cancelled. Isnt that what Rishi told Indira when she confronted him on that night. When that deal is cancelled what is the validity of any paper on a cancelled deal. Please some one enlighten me.

cancellation is not possible.only re-registration can be done.
in this case no-re-registration done in kutumb name.

mow everything is computerized in property registration office.
so even if files burnt or stolen--it is not easy to erase records in office.
