Collector has nothing to do in the selection process...it would be the duty of superintendent / executive engineer of the concerned department...normally bids quoted within / - 10 % the contract value will be considered for scrutiny...it means even if a contractor had bidded lowest he will be disqualified if he quoted 10% below the contract value as he can not deliver a quality project..
Heth singh has no reason to revenge on Shiv...but CV s show like this & our forum people start demanding recuse...for doing a favor for lover...

DS is so restless with the slow pace at which A and Shiv are moving 😆. Love he conversations with Devi Maa. its really cute and Devi Maa also listens to her immediately.😉...

Bheem Singh looked like he was famine stricken. Although I initially thought he was loud and irritating but now he feels like a good addition to the story.

So now with Shiv giving the contract to an imandaar contractor hope A can now trust his honesty a little more. Like the way the CVs are shaping their interactions and their relation with each other.

Heth Singh showing his true colours in the precap. Wonder what new ploy is he going to employ now for Shiv... This is a good beginning for Shiv on the other hand to trust A in turn. Waiting to see what Heth Singh does now and what's Shiv answer to him... Hope he proves to be the toughie that he looks like.👍🏼
