I think he gave the tender cause he realized that to buy proper materials you need to quote the proper price.

If you quote less money , you do not get the tender.

HE must have realized that when they quoted such less money , it must just not be possible , unless they cheat or get lower quality materials

I'm sure shiv done his own research on the cost and quality of materials because you can't go on just the quotations given to you you have to compare it to something

Its not just the least price and cost of materials that counts. It is also how many similar projects one has done in the past, one's level of experience, etc. A composite score is arrived at taking into account several parameters.

Thanks for the update Khusi!

So tomorrow Anandi will reveal Shiv , her past experiences with HS!

It looked cute when Anandi turned back to see the culprits(DS's) expression😆. She did notice the special treatment given to Bheem Singh. Guess she will soon find out DS's tricks and warn her to stop impressing Shiv!😆
