The reason for Arnavs kidnapping?

So Guys,
i am thinking Shyam is not the kidnapper.
So one question clicks in my mind. Who is it and what is the real reason for Arnavs kidnapping then. If it was money, the Raizadas had already received a ransom demand. But they had not.
What the kidnapper have been waiting for days?

Shyaam or Akash!
