SRK apologises, ready to pay fine

The ongoing rage and discussion over Shah Rukh Khan's public smoking comes to a halt as he has finally pleaded guilty and accepted to pay the fine.
Shah Rukh Khan who is the co-owner of team Kolkata, was summoned by Jaipur Court for smoking at Sawai Mansingh Stadium on April 8^th, during an IPL match between Team Rajasthan and Team Kolkata.

The owner of Jaipur cricket academy, Anand Singh, had filed a complaint against him for smoking in public under section 5/11 of Rajasthan Prohibition of Smoking Act. The summon was sent to him last week at his residence in Mumbai. SRK was supposed to appear in court, today.But his lawyer had filed a petition saying the actor has pleaded guilty and is ready to pay the fine.

The next hearing on this case would be in June.

This is not Wankhede Stadium case, it is different case.

He's also smoked on other public occasions. He's smoked around Farah Khan while she was carrying. This man needs some disciplinary lessons.

Guys this isnt the Wankhede matter. Its the smoking in public case in Jaipur. Smoking in public is against the law and I am glad he has accepted his mistake and apologized. There is no shame in accepting a mistake or apologizing for it.

LOL. I mostly do tend to read what i reply to, dont I? here was an honest mistake, i admit! I read IPL and replied. I didnt know this man is that full of cases, thought thats the recent one being discussed these days! Good luck to him, im sure he needs it!

Session Court is not a Ordinary Court, The summon which wast sent to him was ordered that if not SRK, hand it over 2 his family. No one can take Session Court lightly. It's good he is finishing it off very well. This will light his controversy burden.
