I never liked cho. My reasons for cho not being with harry:

1.cho is a cry baby.

2.she keeps talking about cedric's death in front of harry.

3.she is in ravenclaw and harry is in gryffindor and most of the people date someone in their own house.

My reasons for ginny being with harry:

1.ginny is not a cry baby.

2.she understands harry much, much, much better than cho.

3.she doesn't talk about the things harry does not like in front of him.

4.she is in gryffindor.

I think J.K.R did the right thing by making Harry fall in love with ginny (I am just saying this because I have always liked ginny and I think harry-ginny is a hit) and not with cho... So, I think cho and harry would have never worked.
