Star Plus launched serial "Ruk Jaana Nahin" to portray a story of a Saanchi Mathur who overcomes lot of obstacles in her life and creates her own identity. However ever since the beginning, if someone has overshadowed this character, and has created a diversified opinion on this forum it is Indu Singh.
People call him good at heart ruffian whereas there are who call him a scheming gunda.
On One side he is called as a dedicated lover whereas on the other side he is labelled as an MCP.
On one side he marries Sanchi on the other side he reuses to accept her.
He inflicts a lot of pain on her...but warns anyone with dire consequences if they think of hurting her...
I don't remember a character in TV history generating such a diversified opinion online... also most of the topics we start,end up with discussion whether he is right or wrong.
Herein i am trying to demystify / decode this unique character...what is he...kis mitti ka bana hai ye aadmi...
go on guys...give it a best shot...pls. try to give an opinion on this after every episode...and vote for the poll...
Isse atleast hume yeh to pata chalega Indu Kitna Bura or Kitna Achha Hain?

He never manipulated...was straight-forward.. madly loved her(still loves her)...

Ashok08 - good post dear! Wahi toh hum sab bhi samajhne ki koshish kar rahain hai!

All I know is that I have hated his forceful nature but in general I love him. I watch the show because of him and he was the character that caught my eye!❤️

INDU SINGH IS THE BEST .I have gut feeling that malti devi will join hands with veena and pressure both indu and sanchi to accept their marriage bcos after seeing today's episode I think even veena ji wants them together maybe bcos she doesn't want her daughter to get humiliated anymore.WELL THEN THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL.He was looking tooo GOOD IN BLACK AWESOME😉

I was not appealed with the pormos of this show. I thought another serial on star plus wohi saas , bahu types aaj nahi to kal.

In the month of April by chance i saw one episdoe in which Saachi was dressed up in western cloths and Indu singh was getting mad on her.

There on ... I starting watching this serial regularly and obvious reasons... INDU SINGH S CHARACTER ( ANIRUDH DAVE EXPRESSIONS) MADE ME A REGULAR VIEWER OF THIS SHOW.

Heights dekho ... I watched with in fews days all episodes from day one till april on star player.😳

See creative writers first made viewers in love with Indu singh's character . He was never projected as a Gunda.

A leader who wants victory by hook or crook which was very much justified.

overall till date i like his character as he is straight forward and everybody knows tht he still loves saachi ...

WHY HE CHOOSE MARRIAGE TO TAKE REVENGE ON HER 🥳

HE COULD HAVE HARM HER IN OTHER WAYS ALSO.

Jab tak Indu singh hai ... show hai😊

Even i feel that not only malti devi but veena also will be instrumental in bringing them together under one roof. Veena is shown as a conservative lady unlike saanchi.

That's a different thing ... Newly wed couple will continue harressing each other under one roof also.🤢

I really like him. His obviously in love with santchi and because she rejected him he felt slighted and to retrieve his honour he wants to hurt her and his thOught up a scheme that if she's his wife he can illtreat her and the hand of the law is behind him. This is deplorable behavior and clearly he needs to be brought down his high horse and his chauvinist behavior. The description of Santchi's character leads us to believe she is the one to set him straight and he will treat woman as equal human being and not like a child so we wait to see how she will disabuse him of his chauvinist views. But because it's a hindi serial they will end up together.

I love Indu Singh. Loved the way, he cheekily winked at his wife. AD is too good. Agree, he looked so hot in black...ufff...mein mar gayi ;)

My no. 1 reason behind enrolling for d Indu-Admiration-Club is - "Aniruddh Dave" 😉

But once I m here , I can see many reasons for finding d character of Indu Singh fascinating ...

1> His brutal honesty !!!

2> His loyalty towards those that he thinks as his own

3> His physical courage!!!

4> His dare devil attitude!!!

5> His love , respect n loyalty towards his mother

6> His strict adherence to his own code of morality , which lends integrity to his character

7> His romanticism ☺️

8> A certain quality of pristine , untouched innocence in his nature - regardless of all d apparent vulgarities n crudeness in him ...

He could be d feudal lord of d bygone era who was also d protector and d provider ... 😍

But ... along with his 1000 acres - he is also an heir to all d decadent qualities of feudalism - his arrogance , his feudal-patriarchal mentality , his sense of ownership over humans - as if they were his serfs , his lack of interest in progressive ideologies , his disregard of d codes of civil society , his lack of respect for peoples' personal space ... d whole baggage of obsolete feudal ethos... And then , there is his unruly temper , his immaturity , n his lack of good education ... n now this Mad Rage ... 😡

But in spite of all his flaws , Indu seem to have some solid fundamentals - his brave n generous heart , his native intelligence , his passionate n devoted nature , his unlimited store of energy ... I think - proper instructions n a little maturity could hv transformed him into a sparkling diamond ... now , whether that will ever happen , or not - only time will tell ... but Indu has possibilities ... & that keeps me interested in him ...😎
