Hello All,

The episode continued with its TRP Honey trap, Arnav cuts the phone, the phone is then taken away from his hands, Arnav is found tied by his captors in a dingy room while at RM, peace reigns as Anjali finally got through to her chotte ...

It was a very well shot segment, I loved the way the work of the camera here...The single tear , sliding down , An ode to the word Khushi had been hungering to hear ...The single shower reviving the barren dreams and filling it with color ...Even in that moment when Khushi is with the family, Her back is turned towards them, her face looking forward, towards Arnav...She stands like a fortress, surrounding the citadel, protecting it yet unconnected with it whereas there is a bond, a connection beyond ordinary comprehension with the man who bullies her, hates her, abuses her yet stands by her ...her entire being is for him, she is the antenna, receptor tuned to hear him , Only him everything and every one ceases to matter ...It is just them !! ...That was truly encapsulated well,

With Anjali suddenly growing some Grey cells linked with the fact that she drops the glass of milk, I am beginning to wonder whether the unveiling of Shyam is more closer than we had been believing ...

Akash again continued his role of Lakshman/Bharat ...Bharat never opens his mouth as long as Ram is there but once Ram is gone, he takes charge and becomes quite decisive, firm which we saw in Akash today ...

Loved the change as Arnav changes, controls himself, looks with defiance, cold fury , gauging his captor...he has not lost his will, the determination burns strong , his mind is working and he will not give up.!!

Khushi walks towards her room, long submerged memories rearing up, playing in her mind as her heart begins to process the correct information in the light of recent events, Khushi enters and the Dream Sequence begins !!

Applause to the team for pulling out the relevant FB's , retracing the path of Khushi , showing her finally gathering the pearls and stringing it together and forming a chain...Also loved how it was shot...Khushi who had been questioning her naadani , wondering at her nadaani has begun to understand it.. her understanding unconsciously leads her to the room of the man who stays within her heart, She finally opens the door, the door that has been locked securely , the door which had prevented her from glimpsing the truth, she opens the door and finds the prince hidden within, A prince who lights the candle, dispelling the darkness and spreading the light , She moves closer to him, clad in red, the symbol of suhagan !! A smiling Arnav nods towards the a darkened recess , Khushi picks up a pouch , loosening the mouth, discovers the chain , Arnav comes closer and adorns her with the pearls..A blushing Khushi runs out to be chased by Arnav who manages to hunt his love and capture her in the web of his love, He hands her a SOS, the message in the bottle, when Khushi awakens !!

Contrary to the ILU, I actually liked the way the dream sequence was shot ..Agreed that this sequence again was not needed and was a purely TRP exercise just like ILU but here at least they kept to the IP norms ..That is they kept the basic elements in picture..We had fire [candle light], wind [ blowing curtains], water, [Pool], Sky [the starlit sky], Space [ the open space by the pol]...Also they stuck to the Taj mahal aka Poolside which is where Arnav-Khushi love story saw many ups & downs ...But , But ..They could have shot and executed it better... given time to actors to get into the skin of their characters cux I saw BS n SI there and not Arnav & Khushi !!...P.S. ..would someone please teach the Indian attributes to Sanaya , her whole BL is that of a contemporary woman raised on western diet and not that of a small town girl rooted in Indian Beliefs [which is Khushi]

Khushi has finally opened the door to her heart and has discovered the prince residing there, The light of hope has been lit , the vigil begins and the end of darkness is about to commence ...The episode opened with Arnav breaking the strands of pearls and finally he gives back her security, her pride by stringing together the pearls , respects her and accords her the status she deserves by tying it around her neck himself..A mark which brands her as his, his equal, his counterpart!!

Pearls !! Pearls are considered to be precious simply bec they were very hard to procure in ancient times , It was found at depths resulting in many a deaths of the dare devil swimmers who tried to reach for it ...The man who could bring a pearl to the surface was considered to be a hero !!

reading up on the pearls, I discovered that Pearls strung together speaks about order, represents cosmic union , a spiritual unity between two individuals...So right now the two lovebirds are united spiritually although not yet physically ..Do not forget that pearls also has stood for consummation ..The pearl is considered to be a drop of semen from the gods above which fell onto the shell and formed the beautiful shell ..in other words..it denotes the consummation and we have got the hint that there will be consummation soon..

The Greeks saw pearls as symbol of love and marriage , Khushi by stringing it together and wearing it will win the love and keep the marriage intact with the full approval of Arnav

## Khushi is a flighty and scatter brained girl with a propensity for filmy stuff, I agree but she always knew ASR in and out, knew his reactions and never n million years would she think in such a way...If U r confused about it, I suggest you take a relook on ur previous episodes where Khushi dreams about her life with Arnav, she keeps Arnav intact but changes him to suit her own style.. That would be Khushi ...In ur pursuit of TRP and ur addiction of catering to the gallery, stop maiming the characters !

Khushi awakens from her dreams as does her suspicions which were briefly lulled and so does ASR, He makes a valiant bid to get the mobile phone ..A hyper Khushi begins to take note of the uncharacteristic events that was played out in the past hour n concludes that there is something fermenting under that glossy grapes ..

Ahhh !! This was the ASR we are used to seeing, The man who defies fates !! The man who challenges Gods, The man who NEVER EVER gives up !! Here was the man who refused to accept defat and who is fighting for his freedom, who has not stopped thinking and his mind is trying to figure out various plots, A fearless man who is not intimidated by death or his captors ..A man who has not given up, why then will he say ILU as if he has accepted his fate [ ur buildup is not in consonance with the need for ILU] ...What a big blunder have u committed , CV's ??

The Clue !! ...Yes..what was the real clue in this scenario..What was the original plot line that would render the clue to Khushi, raise the red flags in her mind ...IT WAS THE TONE !! It was the tone of Arnav Singh raizada which was supposed to trigger the investigation ..Notice the dialogue !! "unnki Baat Karne ka Taarika " that shud have been the clue and it would have been logical from there when she jumped to the daylight terrace scene, open road scene and Airport scene , all supporting her growing suspicion but the knee jerk reaction of the PH killed what could have been a poignant moment...This is supported by another dialogue,"Sab Kuch teek chalte hue, itni badi baat nahi kehsakte"..So sab Kuch teek nahi hai, Is it PH..and whose fault would it be and as usual , ur haphazard style is taking u deeper into the fire rather than bailing it out !! The added monologue "Kya woh humse kuch kehna chah rahe they " , confirms it !!

The Nani-Akash-Payal scene reminded me of Bharat who is caught up in the running of the Kingdom in the absence of Ram!!..Nani is watching the by play and her role as the sutradhaar, the person who will keep the strings of relationships tied together, who will intervene when the strings seem to slacken or to snap was reiterated today !!

Again the cryptic message of the CV's that yes, Baruns absence is having cascading effect, the assurance he is coming back soon and also a hint that there will be something before that , something least expected , some surprise ..will it match our expectation??

Finally progression from Kuch Gadbad hai >> Khatra hai >>> to action !! Thank the lord for small mercies ...

So will the press be playing a role ??

[Updated]

It was a good episode overall... and story did move forward!!

👍🏼Things I liked👍🏼

1
Khushi's dream... ok it was lil OTT type dream but I loved it... because in her heart she nurtured a dream for saying those magical words, not in Phone in this way!!

2
Arnav gifted her a perl necklace? Perl of Wisdon?

He also gifted a note in the bottle?
a SOS?

usually people in sea, who are in danger used to send SOS (Save Our Soul) in bottles!! any other person travelling over sea, will see the bottle and try providing help!

So in her dream also, she has doubt about the confession!!

3
Akaash is getting too bz...thts obvious, ASR is nt there😆
[bechara akela lead now]

4
Nani again in stitching mode!! trying to stitch Payash relationship!

5
Shayam now a relaxd person! well Anji did had a doubt of Chote's call timings, but she rejected that!!😆

6
Loved Khushi's logical behavior. She is now logically trying to connect the scenario with ASR's words!!👏

7
NK is coming back.. well that news somehow made me smile😛

👎🏼Things I did not liked👎🏼

1
Payal is RM bahu.. okay... now she is copying her sasu ma in makeup or what?? why so loud makeup?? she is already beautiful, no need for such loud makeup🤡

2
Only Khushi thnking logically? what happend to other people, at least Akash.
They shld have shown 1 scene, where Akash had doubts, or atleast London ppl contacted him abt meeting cancellation and he getting worried at least

3
Mama ji? now where is he? Can't we have 1 dialogue abt his disappearance?😡

4
Bubbly- Why end her track?? She has turned good, now she can help in moving the story!!
CVs why thnk in 1 direction? You cud have helped tht charecter grow atleast

5
Barun's expression in Khushi's dream was very odd, I mean it appeared to me he is confused and nt sure wht expression to deliver!!
He looked a combination of Shravan and Barun, No ASR trace was available..
^^ This can be ignored as it was Khushi's dream🤣

6
Khushi shld have asked for help, atleast from Akaash! all she is doing alone.. thts nt correct..

Today it was a contest between my DIL and dimag ..whether to write or not...but DIL won and so here I am back in redux..I will not write long winding explanations but use what I learnt here to write what was obvious but not written

Saawariya-beloved is the common meaning given to people but there is an addition to this meaning.saawariya refers to The beloved who not expecting anything for himself ,loves his girl till the end of his days giving that girl an exalted status even if she does not reciprocate what he feels for her.secondly lord Krishna is also addressed by this word because the very nature I mentioned..he loved all his bhakhts and gopis alike..for him it didn't matter whether they loved him or not.

Our hero ASR is one of this kind, the one who loves his girl like mad even though he felt she ]betrayed.he hurt her for supposed faults but that cut him in to pieces too..remember the akash and Arnav conversation where he finds out what is love.about how the beloved tears , happiness affect the other..and about how their thoughts stay with u even when physically not present..yes, this is our couple for u..Arnav feeling that life is again going to betray him utters those three magical words to Khushi..Khushi feeling very happy that atlast she has heard her dark prince utter those words remnicises about the"faraq padtha hai times" .she realizes that it is indeed love as Arnav has tried to tell her many times but has not been successful.she goes to their room where she sees her beloved lighting a candle..candle the knowledge in the heart that she is a part of his existence..she goes to him and is received like the princess of his heart ..she urges him not to talk lest the moment flees..but what is she given, the stringed pearls.pearls have always been symbolic in arhi's lives.I had compared pearls to innocence and purity which is Khushi..So here it comes..he is giving those back to here..here he is giving her due realizing her worth like the pearl..the romance shown is what khushi's heart desires and she gets it...gets it..alas no it is a a dream..amirage..was it a mirage..it may look like that at present but it is not..it is like what doods predicted the realization of her innocence, the subsequent remarriage, declaration of their love..the genie bottle in which she gets her three words is the treasure Khushi was searching..she will get it but has to wait
The song choice was good..one of my favs..the meaning apt-when u come my courtyard would filled with flowers blooming...The only thing I didn't like was the picturisation..please asr ko teeny weeny boops mat baanavo..give him his style back .please don't make him run around the pool..that is the part I really found irritating and after sometime I started laughing.the idea was fine. Execution pathetic ..
Next comes khushi's realization that ASR wouldn't have uttered those words under normal circumstances..she starts connecting the dots..no flight to scotland..no knowledge of business deal there..confirmation of the same by Aman..and ability of the lover and the wife's instinct that something is wrong..and the wrong message on the phone about reaching London...it is said in our legends that the wife always remains the protective shield on her husband.Khushi was not able to protect him back at the airport but her love helping her sense that he is in trouble.footages of Arnav struggling in pain, struggling to reach the phone..but his uncooperative weak body giving up on him used well..aww cv's at last ..this is what we wanted to see the pain of separation, pain that the other is in danger, pain at other's helplessness..pathos pathos ..to top it the unfeeling kidnapper forgetting the diabetes medication.Arnav fainting and hearts of the girls Watching stopping for a moment along with Khushi.

Last stop for Khushi the police station..she reports her husband missing andwhat reason does she give the inspector for her suspicion..that he said"I love u"..really sanka Devi to the boot and another nut the inspector telling his havildar to take the complaint because of her suspicion.really cracked me up..but the mention of reporters makes her think rationally.she knows that she cannot risk Anjali or the world knowing about it...so vows to find another way to move forward..

Akash-payal interaction was worth mentioning only because it gave an hint of the future where akash will be Arnav's Bharat(ramayana ) and go about his duties ignoring his wife.Nani telling people that all will be well when chotte returns and forcing akash to take payal out just like kaushslaya urged Bharat to give time for his wife...

Over all a likeable episode except for the hotch potch romantic sequence
P.s.doods we miss u.all that I have written is because u taught us to think this way
Anna-please return to the fold..At redux we never fight but exchange beautiful ideas..everybody POV is welcome here

Hey what are you doing??

My favorite pass time reading a book

You are reading Sweet dreams?? I thought you were a fan of Mills and Boons...wasn't that how ASR came into existence...

Well yeah I have always loved M&B but recently I made some new friends on a social networking site...now they have me hooked onto Sweet Dreams and Sweet Valley Universities...Kiya sweet heroes I tell you...

But what about the Nancy Drew you were reading the other day...

Somethings have to be done for TRPs too...

My SOH cells still under stress and in coma...
My Sarcastic ones at work today...please bear with it no offense meant to anyone...
____________________________________________________________________

The episode today

It started with Arnav's utterance of I love you to Khushi which brings a brief smile to her face and puts her in a happy trance like state...she walks towards her room reliving the previous Farak Padta hai incidences between the two of them...now those those three words i.e. farak padta hai and then the immediate silence make a little more sense...she enters her room only to hallucinate about him in her typical bollywood Masala movie style...and then the sequence of events...him lighting up the candle, her asking for his hand and making him silent, gifting of the pearl necklace, then he moving her away from him and lastly the message in a bottle...

The sequence followed doods theory i.e MU will be cleared and Arnav will be brought into light or it might be lighting shining on their relationship, he will be repenting when Khushi will move forward and take his hand and make him stop from saying anything, then the pearl necklace tying up ...the returning of her dignity which he had tainted the first time they had met by breaking the pearls...i.e the re-marriage.

It was then the last part where the current scenario fit in...when all seems well he removes her away from him and gave him the bottle with the message...indicating that we are still far apart... all is not well and here is the message...decode it...

The last for me was clearly depicted him sending her a cryptic message...the moment she takes the note out of the bottle and reads the I love you written on it she comes out of her trance and reality slaps her on the face...there is no Arnav and then her anxiety starts again where she feels that there is definitely something wrong with him...she starts her detective work again where each lead is proving that Arnav lied about being in Scotland...

She then goes back to the phone conversation they had and has a sudden brainwave about how he was very angry with her...assumed her to be characterless...was not willing to listen to her clarifications, how come he all of a sudden has confessed his love for her...The equation is definitely not adding up and that is when panic strikes her and her sixth sense guides her that Arnav is in danger and then the later added voice over makes her think in the cryptic message direction and she starts wondering whether he is trying to tell her something...

Arnav and Khushi...ying and yang...two pieces of a puzzle that fit perfectly together to complete a picture...their relation is always shown to be telepathically connected...they have always sensed each others presence...and today too Khushi has sensed that Arnav needs her...

No short story today but would like to share an article I found on
67notout...a blog by Mike Perry

British author Rosalind Heywood has written a lot about telepathic communication between herself and her husband. During the 1930s for example, before the telephone was quite so available, if her husband was at his employment - where he wasn't allowed to make outgoing calls - and he wanted to speak to her he would send a mental image for her to telephone him. This appears to have worked successfully.

Sometimes though the telepathy worked without messages being consciously sent.

During the 1939-45 war her husband was employed by the British War Office and would return in the dark late at night. In her own words:

"One November evening my mother and I were sitting quietly together after tea and I broke the silence by saying, 'Frank has no torch. I must take him one to the station.'

My mother was none too pleased. 'He always takes a torch,' she protested. 'It's absurd to walk all that way in the rain for no reason at all.'

I did not want to annoy her yet the conviction that my husband needed a torch to get home in the blackout was strong enough to make me brave her protests - and the weather - and walk to the station.

It was worth it. On getting out of the train he exclaimed spontaneously, 'I am glad to see you. My torch gave out as I left the War Office and I wasn't at all looking forward to the long walk in the dark without one.'

I do not remember ever having taken such apparently irrational, not to say inconvenient, action when it was needed."

Rosalind Heywood felt that when her husband's thoughts and feelings were not directed towards her she wasn't aware of them unless they were 'accompanied by a spurt of emotion.' When his thoughts were directed to her, as in the case of when he wanted her to telephone him, then less emotional fuel was needed.

Dialogue of the day- Ever since Chotay has been away work pressure on Akash has increased!

Awww what a cheeky way to say " Ever since the show began this is the first time Akshay is shooting more and is Finallyyy getting more to do in the show" 🤣

(Needless?) Advise of the Day - IPK Team can you please watch your own show from June - December to remind yourself what the show promised to offer, what it did manage to offer and the essence of THE characters.

Case in point - Arnav running behind Khushi (Yeah Yeah, I know this was Khushi's dream sequence, it is IPL, the channel doesn't let you promote your own show, yada yada*yawn*)

ASR only runs behind Khushi when he feels her life in danger - Ambulance, Towards the Terrace, Towards her in Teej Matrix Fainting.😃 So what was he running behind her like that like a Philmy hero? (If it was to show Barun is doing a Bollywood Movie😲, WE KNOWWW!!!😆)

The Classic ASR Style: Everytime Khushi walks/runs past him, ASR Grabs her hand, Twirls her around and pulls her closer to him. Examples:

  • Green Room in Sheesh Mahal,
  • Poolside Convo on Anjali-Shyam Anniversary,
  • Character Dheela Convo and
  • Ofcourse You have no choice but to marry me Convo.😳

Which brings me to the main Pointwa😃:

Standard Deviation of IPKKND

*ASR Style* Relax, Calm down, Take a deep breath* - I am not going to bore you with Math Lessons, though the way you handle the show tells me a lot about your Exam Preparation Pattern - Wasted the whole year and Term and crammed at the last minute for your Exams and somehow you manged to get through!

The Standard Deviation is the Standard You set for IPKKND & IPKKND Characters and how You have Deviated from it.

1.Nafrat Paas Na Aanay De, Mohabbat Door na Jaanay De -
Pretty much sums up the viewers feelings towards the show, so you succeeded there😕

2. Love story full of Romance, Passion, Drama -

Love - Check
Story - Makes a Guest Appearance now and then coinciding with Dipping TRPs
Romance - 😳
Passion - Died and Reborn as Tension...for the viewers.
Drama - Oooh Yeah, Loads of it, off screen of-course.

3. Great Production Values

Devalued of course, Helicopter ASR Reduced to Handpump Shower ASR. And the pathetic wardrobe for the Leads, Horrible Earrings, Delhi Autorickshaw Suits etc etc...

4. Arnav Singh Raizada

Business Tycoon who actually LOOKED ,SPOKE AND ACTED like one and now?
Well we all have fond memories of ASR aided by YouTube.

5. Khushi Kumari Gupta - Singh Raizada

This was a girl who blasted ASR In Guest House in his own home infront of his family and then suddenly over a period of time, the viewers either wanted to blast their screens or the writers for what made such a Fantastic Character do. Again memories aided by YouTube.

6. Arnav-Khushi.

Some memories will stay forever, Some memories are best forgotten.

Overall they will be cherished even though they go off track but do manage to find their way back. So Just have this to say:

ASR2818K
ASR2620K
ASR 2623K.

Why is it that ASR keeps getting younger age wise and lookwise while Khushi keeps getting older?

Note: Arnav Khushi romance: Always Remember ASR with a dash of Arnav will always work and not the other way around. For Khushi, no more Dhak Dhak please, don't demean what she feels for this man.

8. Nani, Mami, Buaji, Garima -

Fabulous characters and Brilliant Actresses who were used beautifully earlier and were a treat to watch now reduced to having Monthly appearances.

9. Mamaji.

Arnav-Anjali's Mama - Their Mother's Brother who after Nani will have the most concern for the well being of his sister's kids.

An actor and character who is woefully underutilized. Mamaji was the one who has seen Shyam's Ramanchigiri thrice right? I have rarely seen him interact with Arnav.

10.Akash

Bharat - Lakshman rolled into one? Unfortunately again the second in command rarely looks in command. Please do justice to the character and the actor.

11. Payal

This was the same girl who blasted ASR off for putting her sister in danger and look what she has been reduced to?

12. Babuji

Busy with another serial? 😕

13. Anjali

She started out strong then withered away. Her tube light flickers on and off...more off than on. She is crucial to the story, find a balance.

14. Shyam

A villain who never got much to do and now it is too little too late. His confrontations with Arnav should have been fabulous scenes if only you had given us that post marriage. Now does anyone care even?

15. Shyam's Revelation

You dragged this for so long, don't rush it now. Give the other characters their due. His revelation has to be met with shock, disbelief, horror, anger of how they got fooled, how it will affect Anjali, how Arhi are affected all the while Shyam being completely unaware of the family knowing the truth.

Believe it or not, rather than a forced romance an intelligent drama will always work.

Finally, the ball is in your court. It is your show, You are incharge of it, Don't keep messing with it and have regrets later. It is still not too late, irrespective of you wrapping up the show in 1 month, 6 months or 1 Year...Maintain the consistency and the quality. You wouldn't be worrying about TRPs.

The Story of Love

Akath Kahani Prem Ki, Kutchu Kahi Na Jaye,
Goonge Keri Sarkara, Baithe Muskae|

Translation
Inexpressible is the story of Love, it cannot be revealed by words
Like the mute eating sweet sarkara (Sugar), only smiles...the sweetness he cannot tell/speak😛

Meaning
Kabir refers to the situation of a person in Love, a person who has realized the Truth. This compassionate one does not brag, does not talk for the wise one knows that it would be as futile an effort as the mute smile of a person trying to express the sweetness of the sugar.
In our daily life too, we find that silence projects our love expressions better than the hollow words we utter for another. Truly it has been said that Love does not need the crutches of a language to express the inexpressible state of being in Love.

I found that the meaning was better expressed at this site hence quoting the source....

Glad it was only a dream sequence of Khushi...hope it stays so....
Thanks to all those who liked the post🤗...
I'm not motivated enough to pen any lines...although I'm loving Sant Kabir's quotes right now which applies aptly in present scenario.
Riya loved your infinite loop mentioned in yesterday's Redux...I have replied to some writers after pg 80... please check if feasible.
Thanks to all who share their lovely and insightful thoughts here.😊

MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE

A message in a bottle was a form of 'cry for help' by people lost/shipwrecked at sea. The earliest known usage of it was during 310 BC to check the authenticity of a philosopher's claim about the Atlantic Sea forming the Mediterranean Sea. Till now, this method has been used as a signal of distress, and also for enemy positions and intelligence reports during the wars.

Arnav's "Khushi, I Love You" over the phone, was nothing short of a message in a bottle. It is these same words in Khushi's dreams that wake her up to reality. His words have hit the mark, the message concealed in those words have reached the banks of Khushi's mind.

Coupled with Scotland (a clear indication that he is not where he is supposed to be) and the I love you message - ASR has, under the most stringent circumstances, used the opportunity in the best way possible to leave two clues to his situation.

Khushi, at first is shocked on hearing the three words that she never imagine Arnav would ever utter. Forget even that, she wouldn't have even imagined him in love with her. The girl who dreamed of her Rajkumar, in total Bollywood style, finally gets to hear the words from the man she loves.

She traces their history, the instances of his love almost expressed, the times the feeling bound them and these memories guide her feet to the door of their hearts - and she opens it. The tinkling of the Windchimes draw her eyes to the silhouette of her man - her man who lights up the dark shadows in their lives, dispelling the blackness of the night that is upon them, giving way to a new start, a new step forward.

The dream sequence echoed the lines of Ranjha...
"Yahan naa sahi, shayad kahin aur ek duniya hogi, jahaan tum aur main kabhi alag nahin honge" and filmy as it was, it was another world, where Arnav and Khushi were together, in comfort, in silly love antics, in proximity and pure happiness. (By now, I'm sure everyone knows the significance of the pearls, and others might have touched upon it also, so will not go into that).

Arnav gives the message in the bottle to Khushi, in her dream. It is the same message that evoked the feelings of long-held happiness in her heart. But this time, the message and Arnav's disappearance from her dream shakes her up. Why this message? and why the change in his tone of speaking to her? They had parted on not-so-cordial terms, he was angry with her, he had refused to believe her innocence, and he had walked away. (Uhm, b.t.w CV's, Arnav DID give her a chance to prove her innocence, so her dialogue there that he didn't give her a chance doesn't sound right.)

She has opened the bottle, has pulled out the message that he had sent her - that all is not well with him, that he is in some sort of trouble, that he needs to be found. Following up on this message, Khushi puts all her efforts behind finding him.

I can't believe i missed on the biggest hint yesterday! The 'tone' in which he spoke to her was the main trigger for her to sense that he is in danger. "Sab kuch theek chalte hue, woh itni badi bata nahi kehte"... unki baat karne ka tareeka..." - after all the vindictive words between them, being used to the harsh tone with her, subjected time and again to his wrath - this mellowed, hesitating, soft tone of Arnav's jangle the nerves of Khushi.

Khushi, has finally listened to my prayers... she asks the question 'Why'! Though I wish she had asked the 'why' for Arnav's behaviour during the OTT track, anyway... sorry to have digressed. Her why's motion her towards action.

This is where I loved the scenes - over there Khushi is busy trying to reach out to find him, while Arnav, tightly bound there is trying to reach out to contact for help. Such equals they are! 😍

ASR hasn't given up yet. He will always keep fighting as long as he can - he is not one to give up so easily, and neither is Khushi. Both are fighters, both will keep trying, keep working forward, and keep reaching out to find their way back.

Khushi will not rest until she gets to the bottom of this, and ASR won't give up until he is within reach of enough opportunities. His mind is too sharp and practical to give up when there is possibility to get out of the trap. He has loads of will and courage to keep fighting against the odds. That is what life has taught him all along, hasn't it?

ASR believes in creating his own destiny, his own life, his own way and path - and this very attitude will keep him striving towards being unchained.

Khushi has always lived for others, the selfless girl will go to any lengths to relieve someone of their hurt and bondage. Knowing that Arnav is in grave trouble, she will defy all obstacles to release Arnav.

I've thought a lot about the 'I love you' that Arnav said. Even a "Khushi tum theek ho?" in his cracking voice would have served the purpose of raising Khushi's antenna - but, sigh, CV's wanted it this way for TRP's - and all said and done, I liked the scene.

===============================================================

Things I Loved:

1. ASR trying straining to get out of the ropes binding him: on a lighter note, it was almost like he was trying to get out of his inner torture, of being both ASR/Arnav. Trying to unshackle himself from his mind that keeps refuting Khushi's innocence. His mind is quite excellent for business matters, but emotional matters.. uh-huh...

2. Sanaya's look in the dream sequence: Gawd, what wonders can Kajal do! I swear on Kajal - one swipe and it transforms the face! (Okay, won't get into much make-up talks) But Sanaya looked gorgeous in this scene, even with the bloated anarkali, though the red colour (ASR/Arnav's) favourite looked very pretty!

3. Khushi applying her brains: Yayyy Khushi!! Go Khushi!! Please take Maamiji's help in your endeavour to find Arnav, Maamiji has the best brains, after ASR, in RM!

4. Anjali displaying her grey cells working: Kya, aaj kal spurts of intelligence is floating in RM? Anjali does use her brains, but I guess they just don't show it much. they are keeping her dumb for some reason.

5.The kidnappers and Arnav's medicine: Boss wants to keep ASR alive... why? and for how long? and who is this boss? Someone who knows Arnav obviously, someone who is aware of his medical condition.

Edited to add:

Loved Khushi cradling the phone and looking at it as if she could see Arnav there! Awww, so sweet moment it was... the girl was so happy that the man she loves finally let her know what he felt for her. Can't get rid of the image of her staring and holding the phone with so much love, care and joy, with mote mote aasoon tripping down her face! ❤️

===============================================================

I have no idea how much sense I made, or whether I made any sense at all - wrote this over many breaks. So, if it sounds disjointed, please forgive me. Just jotted down the main points that seemed important.

The beginning is a good place to start... Khushi on a scooty talks about being the princess in a play... a little boy asks her about her prince and she looks up to the sky and the chopper carrying arnav singh raizada flies by... A range of emotional hues transpired between the two since that day swinging between love and hate...and finally she hears what she always wanted to hear-
I Love You

The three words evokes surprise, happiness, shock, awe and her reply just gets choked in emotions... before she can gather herself the line gets disconnected... on the other side
was it sadness
of a love lorn lover who hoped to hear some acknowledgment of his feelings or guilt at keeping it hidden from her for so long...

The walk back to her room was a beautiful journey of realization of Arnav's feelings for her... the loop of mujhe farq padta hai... ends in I love you.

And in this beautiful symphony comes the dream sequence of Khushi... I liked the fresh shots of BS , the song , Khushi's improved hairstyle ...I should not venture into it further as I will be talking of cacophony instead of the melodious notes that others may have felt with it.😊

Khushi's emotional turmoil contrasting the cheerful banter of the Raizadas after Arnav's call was well established.

A phone call evoking different emotions...

The episode highlighted that the right brain was in good working mode for Anjali as she found it odd that the phone call came at the exact moment when they were about to inform the police...she is redeeming herself as ASR's sister who does have a dimag.. Akash was quick to dispel her doubts... following bhai's instructions to the T... so no need for dimaag. Every one having a menthos moment in one episode is so not desirable... I get it CV'S.😆.

Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada is furiously trying to understand the reason behind the sudden love confession... and rightfully concludes that some thing is amiss... Arnavji might be in danger😳.
Hum dil se kaam karte hai iska yeh matlab nahi ki hamare paas dimag nahi once again reiterated.

In the meantime Arnav makes one last ditch effort to reach his cell to call for help... but his already weak body betrays him and he passes out.BS expressions in the scene were good. A hint dropped by the goons that the kidnapper knows about Arnav's diabities and doesnot want him to be harmed.
.. Who is the mysterious kidnapper ??😕... shyam bitwa doesn't fit the billl as the will ,will not come in effect until ASR is out of the way forever. So kidnapping and keeping him alive instead of finishing him off in one go does not sit right.Who is the close ally who has turned into a foe? An SOS call for the perry masons, miss marples, sherlock holmes and poirots on the forum for their expert solving capabilities...

Khushi goes to the police station for help .. where she explains with all seriousness that her suspicions were aroused because Arnav said I love you to her...😆 Khushi's sanka devi moment of the day... the tongue- in- cheek reference did not go amiss... it is truly a gumshuda premkahani... so a change in status is expected pretty soon😉

Khushi backtracks from seeking police help at the last moment .She doesnot want the raizada clan to worry about everything being not as it seems with Arnav's absence.
So an impulsive and clueless Khushi decides to sort out the issue by herself as always..

Payal and Akash- clouds of discord coming on the horizon again? Akash is swamped with work in Arnav's absence and neglects his wife. Nani understands the situation and wisely rectifys it. Admonishes akash for neglecting his wife and advises him to take payal out for dinner. Nani solved the issue for now but has Akash understood what she tried to convey?

A missing you love song from another love story... I felt it echos Arnav khushi's situation right now.

"Teri yaadein, mulakaatein, wo raatein aur baattein
Teri saansein, wo baahein, ab mujhko yaad aaye
Tere bina mera jiya, sataayein kyun piya
Yaadon ne teri mujhpe, ye jaadu kiya re
Teri saansein, wo baahein, ab mujhko yaad aaye
Wo adaaon ki ghatayen, mere dil ko chhu jaayen
Pyari hai duniya saari, maine hai tujhpe vari
Dil mein, mere dil ne tujhse, yaari ki baazi hari
Tere khayalon mein, khayalon mein...
Bas tum meri nigaahon mein, nigaahon mein...
Bas tum wapas aa jao, mere paas, tum sadaa, wapas aa jao
Mere paas, tum sadaa... suna mera jahan, bhoola main hu kahan
Jaane hai jaane jaan, tera rahoon, Piya...
Wapas aa jao, mere paas, tum sadaa, wapas aa jao
Mere paas, tum sadaa... piya tera jiya...
Piya tera jiya... . tu hai kahan
Tera karuun intezaar, tu mere dil ka karaar
Itna hai aetbaar, manoonga na main bhi haar"

I was really moved by the phone conversation between Arnav & Khushi yesterday. After going through a great deal of posts at Redux yesterday, I realized I was not at all bothered about the confession. It did not even occur to me that the first confession of Arnav was done in the last two minutes. I was just consumed by the emotions they portrayed and how it felt just right to me for the story. I now understand the frustration of many who wanted a perfect confession - perhaps a magical one. But I will still say the conversation was beautiful and it worked for me just fine.

On the other hand, today's dream romance did not work for me at all. I am now all ready for the story to move forward and that dream did not help me in any way. I would rather wait 2 more weeks and see some real thing between them. However, I choose to ignore it since I understand & also respect the fact that it meant a lot to many and CVs have done them justice. It's ok as long as they keep something for everybody in each episode. It was sort of cute and I will consider it as a sneak peak into the future. But Arnav running after Khushi like a lover boy ... LOL ... I hope that's only in Khushi's dream! I will be happy with the Pre-marriage flirtatious Arnav. I hope they don't sugar coat him much.

Now what I liked most was the continuation of the story. I would have been really disappointed if they showed Khushi shocked and instantly trying to figure out what's wrong. Instead, she was elated, believed it and was on 7th heaven. Now that's natural. Loved the flashbacks. Loved how she took her time to absorb her most awaited moment and then slowly her mind starts to work. And now it's all about Khushi in mission.

Rima said in her post that Love will finally save Arnav Singh Raizada. Thanks to her ! This has given me a completely new angle to think from. Yes, nothing Arnav Singh Raizada ever valued in his life would save him. Rather it would be his love that will be his savior and he will learn what is love firsthand. So that's the track for Arnav here (apart from clearing of MU perhaps) .. To realize the power of love and I count on it.

Why I don't mind Arnav saying "I Love You" is mainly because it seemed well synced with the current track to me.Khushi said Arnav that a dying person never lies and apparently our Mr Raizada did not or could not lie sitting in front of the gun. And also, isn't it obvious for the person who dreads death most to finish the unfinished when he fears the final goodbye this might be? Makes sense to me. I know CVs will somehow bring the confession thing in the picture again. And, of course the MU still prevails. So I will keep my fingers crossed.

Lastly, as I went through the phone conversation again today, it occurred to me that Arnav tried to give everyone what they needed- comfort, confirmation, respect, responsibility. Since he was not sure whether this is the last time he will be talking to them, he made sure he gave everyone what they need for the last time. And what did Khushi really need from him? Of course not to hear that he trusts her! They both know each others' heart and So he gave her also what she needed ... So I forgive the CVs for this phone confession. After all, in real life also, not all good things happen in the best of manners. :)

Side Notes:

1) Thank God, they are taking care of his diabetes. The forum was dying, dead worried.
2) The close shot of Arnav's lips - killer ;)
3) Genuinely loved Sanaya in the dream sequence ... She portrayed the love & joy so well. Especially the smile after the hug was stunning. This is the first time Sanaya seems to have excelled Barun in terms of expression in a joint scene.
4) Khushi seems pretty close with Aman. Hope he didn't kidnap Arnav because he too has got a crush on Mrs. ASR! Thank God Akash was already taken before he met Khushi. :S

PS: I may attempt to kill the CVs if they show later Arnav was just trying to give her a message. If that is it, i will take back my words. I will allow him to pretend that but not really do that!

The redux started by Tants and Doods is an amalgamation of ideas. While they had so many reasons for disliking yesterday episode and hibernated, even an analytical person like me finds just one reason to like it. Probably, that one reason is what makes us communicate.

In tryst with destiny:

I was really struggling to what to write about this episode. Is it an interaction of emotion and rationality or is it a newfound rapport of brain and heart or solace between love and aversion. What so ever be the logic I think it is nothing but a tryst with destiny.

Khushi and Arnav are having their respective tryst with destiny.

In tryst with destiny - Arnav Singh Raizada :

While the forums were euphoric and enjoying the word uttered by the mighty Arnav Singh Raizada, there were a few who were equally disappointed to the core that the CV has resigned to the reality. Some people like me adjusted (no other option given the circumstances) but questioned if it is out of character or in place.

Arnav Singh Raizada though flaunts about his "dimaag" but he is an emotional fool. He is paranoid at the very though of death of his beloved ones, that is the main reason he acts more as a protector. Protection comes in two forms - physical and financial. He became ruthless for giving the financial stability to his sister and rose physically to give Khushi protection. He always found khushi to be accident-prone and that is what makes him her saviour.

The man who never stepped out of his Kremlin is in the mercy of abductors threatening his very existence. That little moments he got to speak to his family members was a gained opportunity to him. While he maintained himself in his default mode but with Khushi, he lost out. Why did he utter those three words?

As we travel the road along with him:

- With so much aversion for Khushi he risked his life and protected her during the car park accident (the emotional side of his charges up)

- On the road when he presumed that she met with the accident, he was running after the ambulance His car was near he could have taken the car and followed the ambulance ' why he ran. It is just his emotional side. He returned to his senses only he heard Khushi's voice having an argument with the "channa" man. He took few seconds lying on the steering wheel and then returned to ASR to confront her.

- Recently, when he saved her from the suicide attempt he said the truth to her about her illegitimate affair with Shyam only due to charged with emotion. No other way he would have uttered the truth.

Therefore, concluding that answers come from ASR when he is emotionally charged and in duress, he is not in a position to predict whether he can wither the storm. In the game of chess ' there is a position where we can play neither defense nor attack ' the positions entangled that there is no way forward. That position called "Stalemate". Here the players succumb to draw the match.

Today, Arnav did not call for divine help ' he gave in to both facets of his persona. His words came as a code from his logical brain and unadulterated love from his emotional brain.

He did not call for any divine help, the surviving instincts in him tried to make a contact with the outer world, finally as a Hypoglycemia patient he had to recede to the human anatomy call.

Today, in this gambit, the protector savaged and the Kremlin walls were falling from its glory. This is his tryst with destiny.

In tryst with destiny - Khushi Kumari Gupta :

She wanted to name the unusual relationship shared by them, situations created and circumstances erected. With torment and turmoil, by cares and anxieties, in pain and turbulence she met with defeat to get those magic three words. In the virtual world, she became his wife but victory eluded her, as the warlord did not give her the stature.

Today, in her extraordinary circumstances governed to be the first lady of the home, amidst the crowd of her people, from the loneliness of her heart she heard those words. Is the moment ecstatic, surreal, fictitious or factual? Overwhelmed with emotions she craved for chamber of seclusion to digest, savor and linger the defining moments of her life.

Reminiscence came in for justifying his words and the ballerina was lost in the Ballard of her thoughts. Alas, the message in the bottle regained her senses, the sixth sense ' that distinguishes beyond the frontiers of emotions and rationality. A man who blemished her character, who made her wait for hours, who did not bother to tell her he is leaving the country, who never gave her a chance to prove her innocence cannot descend so easily from the mount of suspicion. There has been a strong reason for those words ' something he tells her in the abnormal circumstances. She decoded it successful. This is her tryst with destiny ' she emancipated her heart words in pursuit for the words of her brain.

Places that captured me:

Arnav Singh Raizada: the resilience he showed while facing death and his struggle to get hold of the telephone is the hallmark. Is it the strength of the character or the histrionics of the actor I am unsure but they complimented each other.

Khushi Kumari Gupta: In the police station when she was filing her FIR (First Information Report), the answer she gave to the inspector the reason for her suspicion that her husband is absent. Well "he said that he loved me". That's it.

Before leaving, how I can go without a lovely song. It is from the film Haqeeqat 1961, Music by none other than genius Madan Mohan Ji ,lyrics by Kaifi Aazmi Ji and renditions by the nightingale lata Ji. Enjoy

Zara Si Aahat Hoti Hai To Dil Sochta Hai
kahin Yeh Woh To Nahin (3)

chhup Ke Seene Mein, Aaa
chhup Ke Seene Mein Koi Jaise Sadaa Deta Hai
shaam Se Pehle Diya Dil Ka Jalaa Deta Hai
hai Usi Ki Yeh Sadaa, Hai Usi Ki Yeh Adaa
kahin Yeh Woh To Nahin (3)

shakl Phirti Hai, Haa Aa
shakl Phirti Hai Nigahon Mein Wohi Pyaari Si
meri Nas Nas Mein Machalne Lagi Chingari Si
chhoo Gayi Jism Mera, Kiske Daaman Ki Hawa
kahin Yeh Woh To Nahin (3)
zara Si Aahat Hoti Hai To Dil Sochta Hai
kahin Yeh Woh To Nahin (3)
