Hello to all spice girls🤗

It is ok episode and was happy to see Barun more than the confession😆😆😆. He confessed out of fear. A very Arnie type confession,a person who wont confess until he face some deadly situations. Any how i am not satisfied with it. I am waiting for actual confession, after all MU's are cleared. What i liked in todays episode is some subtle scenes like Aaksh asking Kushi, why kushi is informed about ASR's absence in London and why not Aakash? There is something more to this if only they could figure why snake is absent and why kushi got a call when she is about go London and why Anji got a call when she is about to inform Police.

Few questions to all the SG's, please en-light me.

1) what is the purpose of Bubbly? I mean what did they achieved?

2)What is the purpose of Masala mama? I figured out something from his name and last two episodes, i.e to bring some masala in drama as he does today. But is that the only purpose or what else we can expect from him?

The way his tone changed when he asked Akash to take care of Khushi. Uff!

Jokes apart the last few minutes were sheer bliss. ASR is hurting emotionally, mentally and physically.

The CVs want us to think its Shyam who is doing all this. They are dropping major hints. But are these hints to distract us from the actual kidnapper or Shyam has actually kidnapped Arnav?

He is not capable to even kidnap Laxmi then how can he plot to kidnap ASR?

What a beautiful episode. Simply fantastic. I don't even remember DD losing to a team called KKR. All that I will remember is a beautiful soul connection and just genuine feelings. I just want to go and hug them both, they need to just find each other now and let the water be under the bridge. Khushi's ready and now so is Arnav. He doesn't care what he saw because heart beats just for her and she's all that matters. His life starts and ends with hers.

Barun, I know you're a very good looking person, but seriously, if you talk about anyone else playing ASR, I will come and punch you in the nose. I love you, but this is not done, you don't get to leave, not now, not later, not ever, not till the final "wrap" is called okay? (If anything, take it as a little sister's plea? 😉)

Sanaya, you too, we're really proud of how well you've done and I join the group that chants, why aren't you getting the same attention as he is?!

Now, episodic analysis,

If that is Anjali's state on "Chotte not reaching"... which could be because of a techincal reasons amongst 100 others, just what will happen when Shyam's truth is out... the CV's have given us a very good glimpse. I still believe they could "twist" it by showing her coming out strong... but if today is an indicator, she's going to break and make everyone around her go insane.

She charged at Khushi for not telling her about Chotte, another hint that she will blame and consider Khushi at fault for her broken marriage. This is going to be Arnav's agni-pariksha. But now, he'll support his love, his wife, he's wronged her enough for his sister's wrong marriage, now he'll support her and show his sister the reality.

I still don't know if Shyam kidnapped him, because if he did, ASR would be dead by now. This is a lot bigger than what it appears.

PS, I totally loved Maami and Arnav's conversation, she brought a smile to his face in all that distress, aww 😳

The "Di aur Khushi ka" instruction to Akash, pure gold. He's acknowleded that Khushi and Di are equally important in his life. 👏 ASR!

Now, I'm going to repeat what I said earlier today on yestd's thread,

The 45 days is a decoy placed by the PH to surprise us suddenly (which is how surprises happen). I still stay grounded on the argument that both 4 Lions and Barun cannot sustain without each other for a period of 45 days! Impossible. He's been shooting more on the sets these days than flasbacks and SBS has intentionally been given wrong info!

If anything, today's episode is proof enough!

Today my post is going to be only about Arhi as every other dialogue/character faded in comparison to the mind blowing 3 minute conversation these two had and they were not even in the same frame. I am so glad it was not romantic ILU, instead heart pumping, gut wrenching ILU. Sanaya and Barun take a bow 👏 -both of you are truly the heart and soul of IPK and without even one of you the show is absolutely not watchable.

Finally Arnav completed the the very words that he could not complete during the Heer Ranjha act. "There is no right or wrong in this love...I will always Love you". The episode for me starts from the point Khushi gets the phone from Aakash. Time almost stands still for her as she slowly walks away from his family. She does not utter a word yet he feels her presence and gulps knowing that she is at the other end.

Hesitantly he says her name as though his very life depends on it. Silent tears flow as she hears him say her name and she is too emotional to utter a word.

At the other end he is battling self control asking her to stop crying. He feels her tears even though he is not in front of her. He was able to keep all the emotions in check when he spoke to every one of his family member including his sister,
with her however it is a different story. He has never been able to bear/see her tears and she is the only one who saw his heart amidst the tough exterior of ASR.

His lips quiver to speak the words, all defenses and walls he has built around his heart crumble and he finally utters the most heartfelt words with full conviction and Khushi is stunned. Whether he knows the truth or not is a moot point for him for he cannot ignore what he always felt for Khushi, absolute love.

The tear drop flowing from Khushi's eyes on hearing the words, Arnav's almost calm look once he has uttered those words -fantastic parting shot.

He had me at Khushi...

The last 3 or so minutes...unadulterated brilliance. The expressions, the voice, the soul connection, the frustration of being away, the gulps, the sighs, the spoken, the unspoken, the love...oh the love

The chemistry over a phone line!

And he said those three words- he said them! Think a part of me made a trip to heaven and back watching and re- watching that scene.

Barun Sobti- no one. No one can play Arnav like you do. Period.

I hand it to the CVS for this one, it's difficult to balance difficult schedules and the content of the show as well as maintain the shows originality yet they did strike again!
So much credit for the whole IPKKND team, cast and crew and creative team for making a simply 5 minute phone conversation so enthralling and captivating.

After almost a year with a character like ASR who's initial substance of the show comprised of his unwillingness to allow emotions and his heart to rule his mind, to accept love of any kind. They had a big task in showing that the same character had changed and has fully come to accept hee is in love and they delivered!👏
Barun Sobti's voice modulation, the bang on expressions, in delivering those lines proves again and again why he can cause so much hysteria. True talent and I say that because it's really difficult to convey such deep emotions when there is no other actor to react to - he had to deliver with a disconnected mobile and say those words and he did it flawlessly. That "I love you" and the portrayed her name was stuck in ASR's mouth, he paid so much attention to detail! Credit!

Likewise with Sanaya, she didn't have any lines and her facial expressions did the talking - we felt Khushi's tears of happiness, relief, joy and shock. Relief at the chance to finally talk to the man who's been constantly haunting her thoughts and the shock at his confession - so apt, can't wait to see more tomorrow!

The whole sequence was beautiful, interim relief from the MU - his three words indirectly declaring that he believes her or simply of man who's come to accept that despite everything - he loves her and that's all that matters!

We have always known that the only way Arnav Singh Raizada will ever say 'I Love You' would be at gun point or if his hands were tied. And Lo and behold, he was literally at gunpoint with his hands tied when he did say the words to Khushi. Have I mentioned how much I love this PH's sense of humor??? 😆

Let's face it. This was not the true confession. Of course not!! Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost. There will be a true blue no-holds-barred confession from both sides with saansein, dhadkan, farq, cupping of face, holding of hands, head on shoulders and sighs galore. More likely than not, it will start with a 'I love you/farq padta hai, dammit!!' from Arnie. Of course, there will be. Or should I say, there had better be.

Having said that, let's not take away from the sheer beauty of the moment today. This is why we need Barun to keep on chugging the ASR train however many movies he signs. The gulp when he realizes it is Khushi on the other side, the swallowing motion of the throat, the husky 'Khushi', the pleading and then ordering her to stop crying, the two false starts before he finally manages to say it out loud - the 'I love You, Khushi'. The emotion, the love, the pain, the almost haunted feeling that he inserts in just uttering, "Khushi" , Can anyone else give us all that? Nah'

The absolutely most beautiful thing about the whole scene was the fact that Khushi was absolutely silent. Not a word. And he knew every single thing she felt.

Every single RM member wanted something from him. They were all worried about him, each one of them made sure their worry was conveyed and their expectations from him were demanded.

Anjali: How dare you worry me? Expectation: Sorry and I'm fine, Di. She got it as expected. She was OK.

Nani

: I forgive you your negligence. Make sure it doesn't happen again. Expectation: Okay. She got it too and she was Ok.

Mami

: You are fine and in Scotland. Get me something and get MM a kilt. A slight smile from Arnie.

Akash

: What contract?? Why Scotland? Why no Aman?? Akash bitwa knew something was amiss and Arnie did slip in a hint. Di aur'. Khushi ka khayal rakhna... He is handing over the protection of his most coveted people to Akash.

And no one picked up on the fact that he patiently heard them all. When was the last time he did that?? Shouldn't that have been the biggest tip off for the family, Chotte showing so much patience with their worry when he usually just brusquely brushes it off??

This does not mean there isn't love for him, of course. It is just their kind of love. There is love but no understanding of the man. And then there is the Khushi kind of love.

Khushi is the only one with no expectations, she wanted nothing else but to hear his voice and know he was OK. Her clutching the phone with both hands, sheer inability to say a word, and the tears just overflowing on hearing him say her name. Aww'..

The gust of wind blows again and his knowing she is crying, inspite of her not saying a word, and he knows they are for him. Every single tear is for him and he can't take it that she is crying. For him and because of him. He tries to convince her he is OK. He pleads with her to stop and then demands she stop, and then finally, just says the three words. It was heartfelt and yet there was sadness because it was not said selflessly, it was not said without expectation. It was not no holds barred, it was under extenuating circumstances. And yet, in it is the truth which he had acknowledged at the airport, that had had him turning back to go to her before he was stopped by the unseen person. The truth that none of what had happened between them mattered to him, jo bura kiya, jo bura kaha, iska koi matlab nahi. The only thing that matters is that he loves her, ki mein hamesha hamesha'.. He loves her inspite of everything.

Khushi's reaction to that, she had not expected that at all. And Arnie's expression, an expectant pause as if he wanted to hear something back from her. What a way to end the episode. 👏

Their conversation is not over yet, of course. Will he give her a clue to figure out where he is?? He just asked her for a lifeline. She will throw him the one that is obvious for her, that he is in trouble; will she read the need for the underlying one, the one he is really asking for? Not yet. She doesn't believe the need exists.

And for a guy who is being held down by two guys with guns, tied to a chair, and even worse, no supply of gel, or his ever present coat and vest, he didn't look like a guy who had no control of the situation, did he?? Arnie boy's attitude still comes through.

Now Aman!! So it was Aman who called Khushi when she was on her way to the airport?? And did not call Akash?? Et tu, Aman???

Notes:

1) Symbolisms/metaphors galore: 4 dewaarien aur ek chhat. 4 taango waala jaanvar aur senior citizen. Have at it.

2) HP ki shaadi. "Hum bhi naahi gaye saadi maa" 😆

3) Anjali, the cry baby is back full force. Sigh' Khushi was the stongest one there. She was left consoling Anji and even Nani initially. Essentially, she has slipped seamlessly into Arnie's role in the family whereas Akash has slipped into Bhai's role at work.

4) Akash was efficient in managing the aftermath. Payal, meh'.

5) Barun peeked out a little in the final scene today. 'faltu', anyone?? Even the tone of the dialogue delivery was off with Anji. Needs to be managed while he is sailing in two ships.

But at the end of the day, Arnie without Barun is just not going to work. Nah-ah. CVs, you absolutely need him around.

Sari loved your post! Beautifully put into words about tonight's epi. I was shocked to see Arnav tonight, was expecting this tommorow but not complaining 😳

Sari you are right!!! Today wel create new SG moment's and the Gup-Shup will be on for a LONG time!!! Lovely post very touching and yes the love is real!
