THE REAL DUSHMAN IS FROM ARNAVS PAST.. aka Arnavs Dark Past.. maybe he did something or trapped that guy .. lol .. crazyy i know ..
So i think shyam got an old DUSHMAN of Arnav .. to help him complete his job.. shyam probs put some rubbish in his head .. or maybe shyam will 'try' to rescue arnav to prove that he is a changed man and kill him when the time is right .. 😆😆
