Big B confirms granddaughter's name is Aaradhya

"My granddaughter is called Aaradhya", Amitabh Bachchan has posted on Twitter, putting to rest six months of speculation over the name of Abhishek and Aishwarya's child.

Abhishek and Aishwarya welcomed their first child, a daughter, Nov 16 last year and since then fans have been curious to know her name.

The 69-year-old revealed the name when one of his fans, Haseena Wazeer, asked him about it on Twitter.

Hasween tweeted: "want to see your lovely grand daughter...would really appreciate your reply with her name. Would love to know that. Thankyou."

The megastar replied: "Her name is Aaradhya".

Sorry Big B you are too late. Abhishek already confirmed when he named his daughter name in a interview . In the interview where Abhi confessed he doesn't do many father duties etc. As he need his sleep 😆 Wonder why the media didn't pick that up when Abhi kinda confirmed it?

It is a nice name I like it! 😉

I think Big B feels left out after seeing the response to ETT promo and SRK's Wankede ban and lack of response to Department.

Well some 'close friend ' had revealed the name ages back though Bachchans tried to deny.. And then AB Jr did too. AB Sr, that guy is no fan of yours!
