Swayam - The Sexy Charmer

I've seen a lot of posts about the whole sexy charmer being only for one episode. I don't think that's the case. I think they made it really obvious the first episode but its more subtle nowadays coz if you see the more recent episodes, there is a difference in the way they communicate with each other (on both ends). Also, if u see the episodes, Rey and him often nudge or look at each other to make sure that he is being "Sexy Swayam". I don't know whether this is out of my love for Swayam/Shantanu but I think its like that.
