Khyam?
There is no elegant way of coming up with a fused name to describe them.

Shyam + Anjali
Shali?
Anjam?
Both far more acceptable.

Shyam, you know what to do. Stop carrying dinner for Khushi. Or lunch. Or any other meal.

but to give MU AnJam

we had to eat ShUshi.

Khujali=khushi+anjali

Aram=Arnav and Shyam

Arhi=Arnav and khushi
