I'll say Salman, cause he did have some really really good movies like MPK, Hum aapke hain koun, Sanam bewafa, Saajan, Hum saath saath hain, Tere Naam( my all time favourite even though its a sad movie) , Hum dil de chuke sanam and many more...

Akshay has some really good movies under his belt too but none that can stick out like these movies of Salman, I like Akshay also but better movies are done by Salman..

Salman specially in the 90s. I will always remember Akshay for those priyadarshan movies.
