It is usually seen that the person with rank of higher order/rank is introduced in the ascending order...
But what was shown in BV was opposite...CM entered...gave his speech and the collector sahab is yet to make an entry[ like vip]
Already this collector is young, CM is in such a high rank that this can be considered as insult...
But as collector sahab is the hero of the show...he will obviously make VIP entry and ofcourse CM dont mind...😆
