If he wouldnt have been a lawyer and if he wouldnt have had the ability to read people through their eyes then may be this POV would have been right...

Full disclosure, the thing that initially drew me to this show is the dynamic between Virat and Manvi, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have begun watching the show. However now one of the things I love most about this show is the relationship between Viren and Manvi. There was always a genuine sibling love there, a lot of affection from Viren's end for a sweet younger sister, and a lot of respect from Manvi's end for her Jiju. The other thing I love about the show is the bond between the sisters, for me it even beats Ragini/Sadhna's bond from Bidaai.
Coming to the topic at hand:

Viren's behaviour was completely justified in the hospital. He was panicked and desperate for a way to save his wifes life. The easy solution was Manvi, and when she refused to give her blood to her sister, he had every right to lambast her. Especially when she gave such a lame-arsed excuse: "I'm afraid of needles". Any normal persons reaction would be the same, when someone says they can't give their sister blood, even though her life depends on it, because they're afraid of needes. That was stupid and insensitive, no matter what the intention.

However now that Viren has had time to cool down and Jeevika has recovered, his rationality should have kicked in. He's a smart, rational individual. The very nature of his career requires him to make judgements based on facts and evidence. Now he can't be expected to do this in highly stressful situations, afterall he's human, and humans are naturally emotional. When Jeevika's life was on the line his emotions took over - completely understandable. Now though he should have gone back to his normal, rational self. All the evidence, and facts suggest Manvi's excuse of not wanting to give blood because she's afraid of needles, is a lie:
1) Manvi's the one who found blood for Jeevika, and Viren knows this. Therefore, ultimately she still saved Jeevika's life.
2) Virat, who supported Viren in his animosity towards Manvi, has suddenly pulled a 180, and is supporting Manvi. Viren's a lawyer - this should send alarm bells ringing.
3) Viren has witnessed Manvi stating she is ready to give all the blood needed as long as her sisters life is saved, in the past. This instantly proves her lame excuse to be a lie. Again, Viren should be wondering what has changed since then, to make Manvi, who was always willing to give her life for Jeevika, refuse to give blood.
4) Vanshika has tried reasoning with Viren, tried explaining that there must be something wrong, because this sort of behavior is so out of character for Manvi. He's beeing a jerk, and refusing to give any weight to his mums advice.
Having said all this, I think it's completely unfair to say Viren is bad, and Manvi is an angel. It's not that black and white. Manvi is an idiot too. She's childish and doesn't stop for one minute to think about what sort of an impact her lies coul have on both Viren and Jeevika in the future. Infact the entire Chaudry clan are completely immature. Have any of them stopped to think what Viren will go through once he finds out the true reason behind Manvi's refusal to give blood? They are all equally to blame for Viren's behaviour. What do they expect him to do when he's told his wife's sister can't give blood (to save his wifes life) because she's afraid of needles. Do they not realise how stupid, immature, and insensitive that is?
Furthermore, Beeji (or was it Chahcu) stated they can't tell Jeevika because her worry for Manvi will have a bad effect on her happy married life. Have they not stopped for one moment to think about what will happen when Jeevika witnesses Viren acting so negatively towards Manvi. The sister who Jeevika has claimed time and time again, to be the reason for her existence. Don't they think that will cause a rift between the husband and wife? And what will be the cause of this rift, Manvi and the Chaudry's lies.
To be completely honest Viren's behaviour towards Manvi isn't annoying me too much because although he's beeing an irrational jerk, I know the Chaudry family is largely to blame for his current attitude towards Manvi. They're playing games. And when you play games, the outcome is never good. Normal famillies don't do this. They don't hide such a major thing from their apney.
What IS annoying me about Viren is his complete lack of respect for his elders. Who the hell died and made him head of the Vadhera clan? The way he talked to his mum and Swamini Bua when he was refusing to let Manvi in the house was completely out of order. As long as there are elders in the house, you do as they say. You do not over-rule them. Swamini Bua beseeched him to let Manvi in, explaining it's not good to discusss famiy matters on the porch where everyone can see. He point-blank refused (quite rudely too). His mum tried reasoning with him, explaining that Manvi is a young girl and has no one in this city, so please let her in. Again he point blank refused, and again rather rudely. Eventually he listened to his mother, but he should have listened straight away rather than trying to set his own law in the house. As long as Dadaji, Chachu, his mother, and Swamini Bua are alive he has NO RIGHT to try and make the rules in the house, or over-rule his elders.
For me this is what began to ruin Viren's character. He is meant to be a good boy, with traditional values. Hell my family isn't that traditional but my mother would have me if I ever acted like that towards my elders, and rightfully so.
My conclusion is all the characters are being stupid, and Viren is becoming disrespectful.
Sorry for the long post 😳
EDIT: Also I think VirMan fans need to remember that even Virat was pissed at Manvi, and acted extremely hostile towards her when she fed them with that lame excuse (afraid of needles). It was only after he found out the truth that he began supporting her. He did NOT have faith in her. So if you're ok with that, what makes Viren's situation different?
