That's part of the inconsistencies. I agree in second grade one is generally around the age of 7 (of course this is in Canada and will depend on the month of birth as well for admission).



Here are some of the inconsistencies or bloopers if you want to call it that I can recall thus far (please feel free to add more if you can remember them, 😊)

- Aarti is shown in the early stages of pregnancy when her hubby left her and that was apparently 5 years ago but then that would put Anch around the age of 4. In the beginning of the show I thought that was how old and with his behaviour and size that looked about right

- but then they started showing him writing letters to his papa every night in English so we figured maybe he was older than 4 or super smart.

-then they say that he is in the same grade as Palik (grade 2) which should put him around age 7

- while Aarti is asking folks if they have seen Ansh she is telling them all he is only 5 years old while

- his birth date according to the tag that he is wearing is showing 2005 which would put him right back at age 7


So I guess it's the CV's prerogative to fluctuate Ansh age as being somewhere between the ages of 4-7 depending on their mood or the storyline.😆
