Formula Hota Hai-Evils Bring TRPs!

IPL season arrives and the TV world gets busy in finding the best way to raise TRPs.The effective "suspence, love, evil" triangle formula is incorporated in most stories to rake in the numbers.Lets take a look at Zee TV and Shashi Sumit Productions' ''Punar Vivah'' and Star Plus and 4Lions' ''Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon'', where both the shows are aiming for a kidnapping track to raise TRPs and live up to the viewers expectations.

Believe it or not, but in the TV world, evils are the best way to create drama and suspence and usually, they end up bringing the leads closer, which viewers and fans love of course.

In 'Punar Vivah', Aarti's child Ansh gets kidnapped and the kidnapper gets to know that Ansh belongs to a very rich family (Scindias), which is like a lottery in hand for the needful person without principles and values. The evil blackmail Scindia family and in that very situation Yash and Aarti get closer emotionally.

On the other hand, 'Is Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon' is gearing up for a big twist, in the maha episode which is on 12th May.Knowing well that Khushi will fail his plan of getting the will under his name, Shyam will kidnap Arnav to get the papers signed.Khushi will undoubtedly fight for her love and here again Arnav and Khushi get closer.

Result:Evils –> Drama –> Leads getting close –> Romance = TRPs!!!!

Conclusion: We hate the evils, as in real life we know they are bad, but in reel life, they might be the main reason for the story to develop.

We wish the TV world lots of TRPs with evil plots or without.Stay tuned to fuze as we update you with the latest news.

Anyways, when has Shyam succeeded ever? But I hope they send him to jail/ hang him or somehow just get rid of him for good now..

I'd rather love to see Arnav and Khushi's cute fights
