Hello again guys! Okay firstly this one is for Mazzy as its her birthday today so HAPPY BIRTHDAY Mazzzyyy! :D 🤗I think you can figure out WHY this is for you if you stick with the VM for the first minute. :P
Anyway the story to this one is wayyy different from the show and this is basically me fooling around with their scenes again but I hope it still makes sense to you and that you like it. Just wanted to try something different on them. :-)
Storyline:
PriDa lose their daughter, and somewhere in the 4 months after her death they grow distanced from each other as well and start having fights. After one particularly ugly fight Damini decides to leave the house and Prithvi doesn't stop her. The first half of the VM then basically focuses on how they miss each other terribly but won't do anything about it. Then Prithvi does something drastic, telling himself that it will bring some closure for him where Damini is concerned. When Damini comes to know, it kills something inside her and all her pain basically turns to hatred and she vows never to cry for him again. After a month or two they meet at a party where Prithvi just observes her for a while. I think what happens after the party will be pretty much clear to everyone. The important thing is how Prithvi sees that Damini is not who she is pretending to be, that her pain still affects him and he wasn't the only one who got hurt in the past. This being their first meeting shook Damini up a bit as well but she remembers what he did and refuses to acknowledge how he had not only realized that she had exited the party but had also cared enough to find her despite what they had been through. The next few sequences show how Prithvi arrives at GM, a month after the party to see Ela ji who is ill and Damini tells him to leave. She tells him something that shakes him up really badly and fills him with guilt. Towards the end, you see how the wall inside Damini breaks on the day Sameer and Avni have a baby. She breaks down completely at the thought of all that she has lost and how still needs Prithvi whereas Prithvi accepts something that he has been running away from ever since Damini left home.
In the second part of the story, Sameer calls Prithvi and tells her that Damini has disappeared. She has been missing since morning and still hasn't come back. Prithvi knows where she will be and so he goes to find her. The rest of the VM should be pretty much clear to all of you. Please ignore the bizarre change of attire in the last scene. :P It's a continuation from the scenes where Prithvi finds Damini only.

Well what can I say M... everytime I think this is one of your finest works.. you stump me with something extraordinary girl.
Technically, this has to be one of the best VMs I have seen. Ever.
Not that my word matters on technicality, but still 😃. I loved the overlapping of scenes, the way you used it for memories, thoughts and even the colour pallete.
You have simply outdone yourself M 👏👏👏👏. Incredible work done... given that you have only recently started working on Vegas... I cant believe the quality of the product. Especially Part 1... anything I say would be superfluous, because I do not even have the understanding of how tough this was.
It is abso-freaking-lutely brilliant!⭐️
Now for the story telling... Ghar ki murgi daal barabar M... 😡. You finally acknowledge your story telling capabilities NOW... while I have been screaming myself hoarse all these years! Koi nei.. atleast now you know that my admiriation for your work has little to do with my affection!😛
A heart wrenching story there M... lyrical in the beauty of its pain & agony. Incredible how do this over and over again. This is the 1st time I thought that you expressed a story as good visually as your written word (Now, coming from me, thats something eh😉).
I loved part 2 - because it brought my PriDa back... Thank you for that!! (wait should I be saying Thank you 🤔). Ohh and the music of 2nd part... why havent i heard this already???? It's beautiful...mesmerizing and so apt for this VM!!
It was beautiful... a love that was meant to be despite all odds! I had goosebumps watching it... This surely defines perfection.
