I was going to close this post, but as this post contains links for videos, I am going to keep it open so that people take the time out to post a thanks.

Members, I know that you can't thank those people who post up written updates/videos all the time or sometimes you might think well what will one little thanks do, but believe me it is important. If you could sometimes take a little extra time to thank those who do post the video/written updates either as a reply to the update post or just pming the person who posted, it would really make a difference. Hopefully, this made sense and I hope that I didn't offend anyone. 😊

I honestly don't know how confused people can get. Sangeeta, if you read the post CAREFULLY, my comments were not directed to Lima AT ALL. You know what, I'm not going to sing the same song I told gk_09. If you guys think I was being disrespectful to Lima, which I wasn't (the Lima reference was THANKING HER FOR THE LINKS SHE GAVE), then you're totally wrong and sorry to say, very confused. I never called her lazy. READ! UNDERSTAND! READ READ READ! I'm on good terms with Lima, and I PMed her about the problem. Why the ---- would I call her that? She's a senior to me, would it make sense to even utter something like that to Lima? I'm telling you, stupid people make stupid remarks and make others angry and complete misunderstandings occur. Sigh...

It's quite pathetic how people can't read things carefully, and then rant on trying to sound like a holy saint lecturing others about courtesy and respect to others when they can't do it themselves. This forum is so disrespectful. I'm giving up the video-updater position. That way, stupidity like this won't happen.

look...in here ppls need easy way to watch video....so they want us to put diff file like putfile or zshare etc etc...soo our job(as we r video updater her) is to fulfil their demandss as long as its on our hand...to get a video link..we all go through lots of stuff...first downloading the link then splitt the size then upload it on diff file....soo it take loyts of times.....but the main part is...u ahve to enjoy these work if u r not able to do it bcoz of net speped or some other releason then dont give up and dont get angry....u need to be cool down..or ask someone to help u....sometime sppl doesnb't want to download a big file coz they want everything riht a awy....so u have to be care full with that instead of making comments on those ppls.....as a video updater i can feel ur pain..coz i get a lots opf pm for video update....but i never get angry coz trhis is our job and ppls will ask u abt this....so dont need to get hyper all the time...

and finally..i m sorry again...and dont quit ur job...we need u here...as a elder sister i m requesting u....pls forgive me....i misunderstood the whole thing....so pls...calm downa and lets back to the work..u ahve to give me the links for todays episode....its my order ..as i m ur boss in here....pls

If you get frustrated because of the reason that you cannot upload the video or you keep losing the connection because of bad weather then you cannot blame others for that. Everyone on the forum appreciates the efforts of every updater including you and one who does not should learn to do so. People will not appreciate you if you ask them to appreciate your efforts. Remember that respect and appreciation in earned not demanded.

it was not a big issue in ur sence but if u go thorugh all those line..u will realise that it was ur fault....i showed ur post to my 3 frnds and they thought the same way they way i thought.. that is...u called me lazy....if u r thinking we all r stupid including me ..then fine ..we r...we couldn't undersatnd ur quote..and made it big issue....but think hard masala....anybody can get confused...so its beeter to dont pass any comments...

ok i took my word back....i couldn't understand ur quote and make it big issue....there was nobody with me...i m sorry...but just think hard....to call sum1 lazy or stupid its not good...this is totally unappropriate word to use..we all r frnds here.....may be somebody didn't notice abt this thing and someofthem did read that but didn't react..but there are someppls who reacted abt this comment....example..me....i did react....for to keep a better understanding and better frndship here u need to be polite and be calm...otherwise everybody is not mahatma gandhi in here....jo ki thapadd kahne ke lioye apna dusra gaal bhi dikhadee.....and i m accepting i get hypper too sometimes..coz i m not 100% perfect in here...but if i was in ur place i wouldnave made that second comment in here (stupid ppls stupid remarks)...
