Masalatime, you need to be respectful to others. Lima does a favour to all of us by posting the videos. If she cannot post the video one day, it does not mean that she is being lazy. If you get frustrated because of the reason that you cannot upload the video or you keep losing the connection because of bad weather then you cannot blame others for that. Everyone on the forum appreciates the efforts of every updater including you and one who does not should learn to do so. People will not appreciate you if you ask them to appreciate your efforts. Remember that respect and appreciation in earned not demanded.

Thanks, Sangeeta for putting this note up. Just to add to that, we understand that sometimes we feel that our efforts go unnoticed, but believe me you are getting loads of blessings from members everyday as you guys are doing us a huge favor. However, if you have a concern in the future, please do pm a moderator or the viewbie to this section. Calling a member lazy isn't a feel good comment. I am sure I wouldn't appreciate hearing that.

I was going to close this post, but as this post contains links for videos, I am going to keep it open so that people take the time out to post a thanks.

Members, I know that you can't thank those people who post up written updates/videos all the time or sometimes you might think well what will one little thanks do, but believe me it is important. If you could sometimes take a little extra time to thank those who do post the video/written updates either as a reply to the update post or just pming the person who posted, it would really make a difference. Hopefully, this made sense and I hope that I didn't offend anyone. 😊
