This is my prediction after watching todays episode. Khushi will tell shyam that she will get the papers signed. But our khushi is not that dumb to get it signed without knowing syam's motive. so she will get some other paper or a wrong one signed by arnav. When shyam realizes what khushi has done, will kidnap arnav instead of telling him the truth.
Otherwise, the kidnapping does not make any sense if khushi gives shyam what he wants.
