i dont think she would lie about her address...she is brand new in this industry, one would want to know how he/she is doing and would certainly love fan mail. i mean she's not like aishwarya rai who can at this stage in her life say i'm not interested in reading fan mail, because i know i'm famous and ppl love me or whatever. prachi is starting off her career, she's still a very normal person riding rickshaws to work just like any one of us. i'm sure she would want to hear the comments her fans would have to say about her.
