I have voted for Ashni romance with kotnis ka tadka.
I am missing there hospital romance so much. After there marriage there post marriage adjustment will be treat to watch.
Both of them being doctors how they are going to take time for each other. Being a age gap marriage ,how they are going to adjust with each other

Dont want this type of horrible twist in KTLK..AshNi should be married and then any twist wat so ever...

want to see the depth in ashni relationship post marriage...ashu shld b a mentor to nidhi as far as her career is concerned...make her join kgh to complete her internship and make sure she pursues her post grads...i personally want an ashu who will b very strict with nidhi as far as her career is concerned and wont let her sacrifice her career in any way...at the same time i wanna see an ashu deeply and madly in love with nidhi in his personal life...ready to go out of his ways to make nidhi happy...giving in to the"kiddo" almost always...nidhi shud b like the one she has been off late...switching correctly and timely between a matured nidhi and a thoda sa immatured "kid"...one who understands ashu and never forces anything that might make him uncomfy...yet maintain her wifey wala haq...the switching between these 2 modes is what will matter in their relationship...and romance to ofcourse banta hi hai in kgh and outside wanna see romantic scenes in ashu's cabin😳
