I watch what I eat
I am health conscious and watch what I eat, so I have healthy but tasty meals. I ensure that I have a nourishing and filling breakfast. A bowl of Kellogg's Corn Flakes allows me to customise it according to my mood and add various fresh fruits and dry fruits. As the saying goes, 'Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.' I eat a huge breakfast, a small lunch and a light dinner.
My workout regime
I put aside an hour for a brisk walk or yoga at least five days a week.
Being fit gives confidence
Being fit gives me confidence from within. Fitness is a two pronged approach and it is obvious that one must consciously eat healthy in order to be fit, but it is also important to club this with a regular exercise regime. When you are fit, you feel good about yourself and everything around you. When you feel good from within, it shows on your face too!
