Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor get cold respons

Actors Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor were in for a real surprise when the two made their first public appearance at a mall in Gomti Nagar for their upcoming film, "Ishaqzaade".

Wondering woh surprise tha kya? Well, this starry trip turned out to be without much fanfare. The two actors, who are relatively new in the industry, were hardly recognized by the Lucknow ki janata. However, the number of security guards surrounding the two, did make people inquisitive to know who was inside the big security circle. "Oh..yeh toh Arjun and Parineeti hain! Security dekh ke toh laga Amitabh ya Aishwarya aa gaye hain mall mein," joked a passerby.

Magar finally, Parineeti ko ek fan mila. And upon meeting him the actress was in splits when he started shouting asking for a pen to take her autograph. "Koi toh mujhe ek pen de do...main inka bahut bada waala fan hoon," he was heard screaming.

Seeing the thanda response from people in the hot weather, the actors, reportedly, cancelled their plans to shake a leg on a dance number from their film. The two just waved to the handful of people present and then bid good bye.
