Please guys ur opinion is very important to me and then i will decide to continue this ff or not and one more thing its my first FF soo forgive me for the mistakes...i know i am boringš
Intro
Okay soo the story is the same like DMG but for a twist Shilpa is Dr. Shashank Gupta and Smriti Gupta's daughter. When Shilpa was five years old they had a car accident. After the car accident they thought she is dead but she survived and lived in Panchgani orphanage.
Shilpa is still in love with Armaan but she is avoiding him because she knows that he loves her sister. She has a past...a very cruel... dangerous past.
The old gang is back...so Abhi and Nikki are happy married and came back to Sanjeevni.
Rahul and Muskaan are also married and they want to adopt a baby and Anjali she is also back for Atul she has some feeling for him but didn't had the courage to tell him and Atul is glad that he is back not because Anjali but for Shilpa. No his not in love with Shilpa but he knows her since they are children. Atul met her in Panchgani orphanage when his parents died. Shilpa is like his small sister. He also knows about her past and that is the reason he would always take care of Shilpa and he is very protective towards her sister.
Shilpa told Atul about her parents so he knows everything.
Sid and Riddhima are trying to move on in their married life them and they didn't married the second time but Sid want to propose her again. Riddhima convinced Armaan that she will not come back to him and she want to give Sid a chance.
Armaan has no choice but he is trying his best to move on and not to come between Sid and Riddhima. In the time he and Shilpa are friends not good friends but it's a beginning. They have also some close moments and like always Armaan don't know what he is feeling for Shilpa. But it's something that he didn't felt since Riddhima left him. He liked to be with Shilpa...when she smiles...when she is happy he felt also happy but there is something that she and Atul are hiding from the gang and specially Armaan want know it.
Part 1
In Sanjeevni the whole gang was in canteen except of Shilpa. Shilpa had to meet Dr. Keerti in her cabin so she left 15 minutes ago. Everybody was having lunch but Atul was waiting for her and Armaan was looking for Shilpa but she didn't come so they began to eat without her.
Armaan was in his thought that why Shilpa was affecting him so badly and all the time when she came near him his heart was beating so fast that Armaan thought his heart would explode and like always he would make an excuse and would leave her alone...
Armaan came out of his thoughts when Dr. Keerti came...she was very angry...and everyone got scared of her and stood up from their seats.
She goes to Atul "Dr. Atul where is Dr. Shilpa? I said to her she should come to my cabin and I'm waiting for her since 20 minutes. Wher the hell is she?" she shouted in anger.
Atuls eyes were open wide with fear. He was getting a bad feeling and he panicked "What she is not there...OMG where did she go? She never do that she would always would tell me but why did she that!!! I have to find her...Omg good please she should be okey." the whole gang saw that Atul was getting panic cause Shilpa didn't came back they thought he is too much worried about her soo they tried to calm him down.
Armaan goes to him "Champ chill she will be here don't worry yaar...it's her old habit to disappear...so chill." But strangely he was also getting a bad feeling about this.
Muskaan "Oye Atul Armaan is right she will be fine."
Atul "NO guys" he Shouted " U don't know her she would never goes anywhere without telling me. I'm going to search her. PLEASE Dr. Keerti help me to find her."
Dr. Keerti knows why he was soo panicked and soo she agreed with him "Doctors please help Dr. Atul, to find her."
They searched for her everywhere but they couldn't find her.
Armaan thought "OH god yeh Dhanno nah...where are u. Hope she will be fine. She was not on the terrace...she was always their and why was atul so strange. Ohhh maybe she is in the locker room."
Armaan ran to the locker room but she wasn't there''.then he also went to the changing room and bingo there she was sitting there and chilling.
Armaan to her "Oye Dhanno u r here and there Champ is getting a heart attack so now come with me." But she didn't respond him back so he went to her and shakes her but in the next moment she fell down from the chair. Armaan got shock and scared then he saw the the blood...the floor was full of blood...his heart got stopped for a minute.his body frowns. But soon he came out of shock. Armaan knelt down to her and hold her wrist very tight where she cut herself...she was looking pale...she was dying and then Armaan couldn't hold himself back and he hugged like he would never leave her "please Shilpa don't leave me u can't do that to me...ohh god what should I do...Shilpa...Shilpa look at me." He whispered "Dr. Keerti, Atul, Sid please help me." He screamed out.
Everyone rushed to the changing room and saw Armaan was holding Shilpa and crying and the floor covered with blood...the time stopped for everyone, they never thought to see Shilpa like that...for them she was a very bubbly carefree girl then what happed today that she did that to herself...soon everybody came out of the shock when Atul ran to his sister and began to cry and scream. Also Dr. Keerti ran to them and called for a stretcher. Armaan picked Shilpa and laid her on the stretcher but was not ready to let her hand go
Dr. Keerti "Doctors take her to ICU fast."
They took her to the ICU and the red light went on.
The time was like in the slow motion and the hardest time was for Atul and Armaan...they don't want loose her. The whole gang is praying silently for her life and also Riddhima had tears...of course they weren't best friend but she began to like her and Sid he couldn't imagine in his wildest nightmare that he would found his best friend like that. The others started to like her especially Anjali and they know she is a wonderful person and they just hoping for her.
All are waiting for Dr. Keerti outside the ICU with tears in their eyes and fear in their heart.
Will Shilpa survive?
Why did she tried to kill herself?
